Did the 5k service as expected, repaired a broken sunroof track, and checked on a recall that we got in the mail.The services manager did a great job keeping the repair cost down by finding alternative means of repairs instead of replacing part.Communication could have been better as I had to call twice at the end of the days to check on the progess/completion of the car.When we got home we noticed there is several largel dirty/greasy fingerprints/stains in the tan headliner from the mechanic that was not there before the service. I called it in for them to remove/clean them and left a voice mail 2 days ago but they have not called back yet.

I have had several issues. First, I needed brakes on all 4 wheels. They quoted me $1,900. I had the work performed by another reputable shop for $200. Last straw was 6 week wait for an additional service on a 2017 F-150. Only for the shop to have it for a day and half for them to tell me that they took it for a test drive and verified what I had experienced. Then stated that bc I didn't buy the truck from them, (at the time of purchase, they could not get what I was looking for) that it would be 3 to 4 MONTHS before they could dig into it further.....

I made an appointment over a week in advance to have my truck repaired. I dropped it off the day before. Even though they did repair my truck, it took them over 13 days before it was returned. I am a cancer patient and it left me stranded. If I needed to go to the hospital, I wouldn't have had a way to get there. I have never had such bad service.

Chris really helped me find the right vehicle for me. There was never a moment when I felt he wasn't looking out for me. I drove several cars at other dealers, and nowhere else did I feel the sales reps were hearing me and trying to find a solid car for me.

One trip to Mathews Ford and a three year problem identified and fixed!!!! After three years of repeated trips to a non named Ford dealership in regards to my air conditioner not working on my new Expedition Max and paying for Freon each year, Mathews Ford service department and mechanics identified the problem and I now have air conditioning. This dealership goes up and beyond the mechanical repair with customer service!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

At my recent oil change it was noted I needed a new cabin filter which they replaced and when we asked they informed of the cost. It took longer than expected even though I was told changing the cabin filter added 10 minutes. My 2 pm appointment wasn’t over until I went to the counter at 3:30pm to ask if my car was done since I had a 3:45 appointment. Luckily they had just finished, yet the car wash job showed dirty wet spots on the back window as well as near the mirrors. I must admit I was a bit disappointed in that part.. At least now they have my name attached to the account, not just my husbands.

While on vacation, my starter went out in my Explorer. Chelsea was able to get me in, and get it replaced before it was time to head home! Huge shout out to Chelsea and the Mathews Ford Service team!!! Fast and efficient! You were amazing to work with! THANK YOU!!!!

Called regarding a recall letter for my Lincoln and unlucky for me the most condescending person who works in service answered the phone. If my SUV has the potential to catch fire, even when not running, you bet I will be calling with questions as the letter states to do. Don't worry, Mathews--I won't be bothering you ever again.

Shop kept in communication consistently. They were fast to order the parts needed and fast to complete work. They let me know immediately what the cost was going to be and there were no surprises. I am satisfied with the work and the service.

I had a recall that I kept putting off because I kept forgetting to call. I finally went to Matthews Ford website and scheduled on line. They had immediate openings and got my car in right away. I was offered options for transportation if I didn’t want to wait. I was greeted with friendliness at drop off and pick up. They made the process so easy

Brought my Escape in for a shifter cable recall last Thursday. A few days later, despite the transmission NEVER ONCE showing signs of failure or driving any different than it ever has, the transmission fault icon lights up and 2 of the 5 transmission gears are toast. Yet Ford refused to take any accountability, or even acknowledge there was a possibility they caused the failure while replacing the initial recalled part. For reference, the vehicle is a 2013 with 129K miles on it. Wildly inexcusable.

You know honesty is key especially if you have a job and have been trained, schooled , have a certificate that say you know your job and are capable of the work . I wish that men wouldn’t gender discriminate because “some women” don’t know about vehicles or any issue that arise from it . They make a choice “women “ to bring in their vehicle and pay to get answer then because again a woman’s vehicle they lie about the issue that isn’t even happening! it true what the saying says always get a second opinion because the answer I got from your work was a $5000 job that didn’t even exist!! think about that ! This was my first time at Mathew’s Ford buying a car. I had a TERRIFIC experience and it was all thanks to Donna Hast and the wonderful team there. Me and my husband just had a baby so we were needing a bigger car than my Bronco sport. Within just 3 hours, they made it happen and I was able to drive home in my new Ford edge. Thanks to Donna and the team at Mathew’s Ford, they made the car buying experience seamless and easy. My whole family is now able to travel comfortably in our new car!!
