Terrible experience. Purchased an item at the Sandusky store. Staff failed to provide me a receipt upon purchase. Upon returning to store to rectify defective product, I was refused a refund by the manager Scott. Scott would not accept the accountability that his stAff not only failed to provide a receipt for purchase but they failed to put the purchase under my customer account history. Scott said this is just not possible for his staff to make such an error and refused to return the item despite having the precise date time and amount of purchase. Hard to support a major retail establishment that can not take accountability of an error and stiffs me with the financial burden of said error. Petco must need the $50 much more than I do. Or maybe Scott's store sucks that bad that he must do all he can including blaming the customer for their error to avoid taking a return. Scott I hope your District Manager sees this review and talks to you about your poor enthusiasm to help a customer that your staff failed.

The petco's littler is horrible!! Too much dust coming from pouring and scooping out. With my mom being on oxygen and me having asthma. It is the worst litter made period.

The management team in the Sandusky, Ohio Petco never ceases to amaze me with their friendliness and helpfulness. The fish tank section the fish tank section is absolutely astonishing in its cleanliness and stock!

Nice store. Drives me a little crazy you have to pay for bags. They are not a discount store, so bags should be free, we normally remeber our bags. But when i spend over 80 dollars in food. Should not have to pay for bags. Maybe think of a small pet trest to give to the customer when they remember bags. A positive instead of a negative.

Went to pet Co to seek a harness for my dog in which I'm happy to be able to enter their store with my pet..as well as she is excited to see and sniff everything. Ask a person there to assist me,happy that he took the time to help me to select a proper harness.
