“Very clean store, everyone is very nice, especially when I went to check out. There was a rude customer ahead of me that totally had my cashier so overwhelmed and upset that she could barely check me out.
I had her take a moment and breathe and I shared with her a similar situation as I work in a very busy cosmetic retail center in Texas and I explained to her that rude people should not ruin our days, they are miserable for a reason, but that doesn’t mean they have to take that out on her. I believe her name is Deb, very helpful and she did an amazing job given the circumstances of checking me out.
She even helped me search for a coupon that I thought I had with incredible patience.
Deb needs to be rewarded, I don’t know what Kohl’s does in cases like this but she a bonus for what she had to deal with last week.
I grew up in a neighboring city and I love this store and I’ve shopped here numerous times, especially around , It’s always clean and everyone is so friendly.

“Nice little boutique in downtown Sandusky. Their prices were a little high, but they did have a nice selection of clothing and jewelry to choose from, so I would go back again! The people working there were very friendly and helpful!”
“One of the best Old Navy stores I’ve ever been in. I noticed that the service personnel are super helpful and super friendly. It was remarkable! Then Chuck came by and took the initiative to educate me on what was new. When he was done, I asked if he could do the same for my wife and he did. As he helped her I looked at his name tag and it turns out he’s the general manager! That explains why the staff are so great. It’s a top down approach. And thus, I decided I had to write a 5 star review at that moment. A few minutes later Chuck saw me standing with several items in my hands as I was writing this review and he took the initiative to bring me a shopping bag so that I didn’t have to hold things in my hands. The personnel in the fitting room and at the registers were also spectacular. I highly recommend this Old Navy. It’s worth traveling to if you are further away.”
“Nice store lot of merchandise reasonable prices the sales lady was really helpful I ended up buying one shirt she said if I got something that gets 30% off or something the next one so she's doing her up selling like you want her to oh by the way I didn't get her name but the but the band that I saw I'm trying to think of the name of them which is music I don't listen to it was Papa Roach the song in concert with the band Shinedown and Asking Alexandria so the girl she had half blonde hair half black hair if you can pass it on to her thank you again nice place to shop”
“My hair was totally blotched by a different location in terms of a bleach job I had gotten done, not only did the stylist here color correct it, she bleached areas that needed re bleached, and kept fixing it until it was all one color. This took over 4 hours! And she restlessly worked at my hair. This was about 5-6 years ago. I’m a brunette now and I’m so excited to go in and see if anyone is available to do some highlights soon! I will take before and after pictures. :)”
“They actually look at the stuff you bring in unlike platos closet. They buy quality stuff and the staff is super friendly!! Platos closet has lost my business and clothes mentor has gained it :)”

“If people wanna complain about the cleanliness of the store (it isn’t even that bad) they can easily apply and get a job here!
This is the cheapest, and best clothing store in Sandusky. They’ll have official NBA/NFL merch, and offer other items cheaper than tj maxx does next door.
My only complaint is that it’s not built into the mall.”

“This place is awesome!! Kasey&Angie were spot on in helping me find several outfits and shoes! They were friendly, professional, helpful and honestly overall this was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! I was even on a time crunch and they got me in and out with exactly what I needed. They were attentive and spot on with style and listening to my needs!
