“Nice little boutique in downtown Sandusky. Their prices were a little high, but they did have a nice selection of clothing and jewelry to choose from, so I would go back again! The people working there were very friendly and helpful!”

“I haven't been into a physical VS store in a lot of years--I do the majority of my shopping online these days--and wasn't really sure what to expect. But it was a really lovely experience from start to finish. Big ups to Annabel (apologies if the spelling isn't correct) for being freakin' awesome today. I had a bit of a complicated transaction (online order returns, exchanges , etc) and she was super patient and accommodating as we figured it all out, she helped me with some sizing considerations, and even helped me speed things along since I was in a hurry. It seemed like she was actually present with me and interested in being personable & helpful, which feels somewhat rare to me out in the wild anymore. We got everything taken care of seamlessly and I made it where I needed to go in time. Thanks girl! The other gals working (didn't get their names, it was around 5pm on 9/28) were also super sweet, they offered help in a considerate way, and chatted with me here & there without being pushy or overbearing. Surprisingly lovely hour or so of shopping :)”
“Every time we are at the mall my daughter and granddaughter need to stop in and buy a couple of items. They like the quality, prices, and assortment of products. But sorry to say there's nothing in there for an old fat man. 😔
“One of the best Old Navy stores I’ve ever been in. I noticed that the service personnel are super helpful and super friendly. It was remarkable! Then Chuck came by and took the initiative to educate me on what was new. When he was done, I asked if he could do the same for my wife and he did. As he helped her I looked at his name tag and it turns out he’s the general manager! That explains why the staff are so great. It’s a top down approach. And thus, I decided I had to write a 5 star review at that moment. A few minutes later Chuck saw me standing with several items in my hands as I was writing this review and he took the initiative to bring me a shopping bag so that I didn’t have to hold things in my hands. The personnel in the fitting room and at the registers were also spectacular. I highly recommend this Old Navy. It’s worth traveling to if you are further away.”
“Good Customer service is really worth talking about! I came in with my 90 yr old great grandma when I was visiting for Easter! I've worked in retail and know how busy it can get during holidays! When it came time to pay Sequoia was our cashier! Patient & really polite are small words that describe her! She was so kind to my grandma and even though she was slow moving Sequoia never made us feel rushed! Definitely left the store satisfied with her service!”

“Nice store lot of merchandise reasonable prices the sales lady was really helpful I ended up buying one shirt she said if I got something that gets 30% off or something the next one so she's doing her up selling like you want her to oh by the way I didn't get her name but the but the band that I saw I'm trying to think of the name of them which is music I don't listen to it was Papa Roach the song in concert with the band Shinedown and Asking Alexandria so the girl she had half blonde hair half black hair if you can pass it on to her thank you again nice place to shop”
“My hair was totally blotched by a different location in terms of a bleach job I had gotten done, not only did the stylist here color correct it, she bleached areas that needed re bleached, and kept fixing it until it was all one color. This took over 4 hours! And she restlessly worked at my hair. This was about 5-6 years ago. I’m a brunette now and I’m so excited to go in and see if anyone is available to do some highlights soon! I will take before and after pictures. :)”

“If people wanna complain about the cleanliness of the store (it isn’t even that bad) they can easily apply and get a job here!
This is the cheapest, and best clothing store in Sandusky. They’ll have official NBA/NFL merch, and offer other items cheaper than tj maxx does next door.
My only complaint is that it’s not built into the mall.”

They were friendly, professional, helpful and honestly overall this was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! I was even on a time crunch and they got me in and out with exactly what I needed. They were attentive and spot on with style and listening to my needs!
