“Good Customer service is really worth talking about! I came in with my 90 yr old great grandma when I was visiting for Easter! I've worked in retail and know how busy it can get during holidays! When it came time to pay Sequoia was our cashier! Patient & really polite are small words that describe her! She was so kind to my grandma and even though she was slow moving Sequoia never made us feel rushed! Definitely left the store satisfied with her service!”

“One of the best Old Navy stores I’ve ever been in. I noticed that the service personnel are super helpful and super friendly. It was remarkable! Then Chuck came by and took the initiative to educate me on what was new. When he was done, I asked if he could do the same for my wife and he did. As he helped her I looked at his name tag and it turns out he’s the general manager! That explains why the staff are so great. It’s a top down approach. And thus, I decided I had to write a 5 star review at that moment. A few minutes later Chuck saw me standing with several items in my hands as I was writing this review and he took the initiative to bring me a shopping bag so that I didn’t have to hold things in my hands. The personnel in the fitting room and at the registers were also spectacular. I highly recommend this Old Navy. It’s worth traveling to if you are further away.”

“My hair was totally blotched by a different location in terms of a bleach job I had gotten done, not only did the stylist here color correct it, she bleached areas that needed re bleached, and kept fixing it until it was all one color. This took over 4 hours! And she restlessly worked at my hair. This was about 5-6 years ago. I’m a brunette now and I’m so excited to go in and see if anyone is available to do some highlights soon! I will take before and after pictures. :)”

“We love this store!❤ So many great selections of clothes ranging from preemie to big kid sizes! I can shop for 3 of my children all at once! The clothing is new or very gently used. The pricing on items is very reasonable as well. I also love that they sell a variety of things like baby gear, toys, shoes, etc! Everyone there is so nice and welcoming everytime we go in! Most definitely my favorite store to shop for my kids!”
