“We recently faced an unexpected challenge when gasoline spilled in the trunk of our Subaru Legacy. After searching for help, we contacted Diamond Finishing LLC in Rocky River, and from the very first interaction, the experience was exceptional. Zach, the owner, was remarkably attentive and quick to respond. He listened carefully to our situation and explained their multi-point approach in clear detail, which immediately gave us confidence.
Because this is our only family car, Zach went above and beyond - he sourced the necessary supplies right away and scheduled us for a full-day clean in an impressively short timeframe. His professionalism, kindness, and patience stood out throughout the process.
The results were outstanding. Not only did Zach and his qualified team of professionals completely tackle the gasoline odor, but they also gave the car a full detail. Driving home felt like stepping into a brand-new vehicle! The shop was easy to find, and they delivered exactly when promised.
If you’re looking for a business that combines expertise, integrity, and genuine care for its customers, Diamond Finishing LLC is the one. Highly recommended!”
“Just needed an interior detail and Dante delivered! I called in the morning and he was able to see me just a few hours later. Service was great and I will definitely be coming back again. I’m sending friends and family here!”
“I visited three dealerships that day. I’m glad I saved the best for last Michelle Lucek .Was our sales person she was the only sales person out of all the dealerships that was knowledgeable and very professional you should be proud to have her at Volvo . . She made our experience at Volvo an absolute pleasure..”
“I will drive out of my way to give these guys my business. Have done so for years. I love that they’ve stayed in the neighborhood and they’re locally owned and managed. They do a great job and offer great discounts.”
“I recently dropped my car off for an interior detail. I have used them before once in the past, which is why I returned. I received a call about my pet hair and that it might cost extra. However, I declined knowing that it would just return. The person, Daniel, who was cleaning my car, decided to take it upon himself to go above and beyond and do the extra cleaning anyhow. My car looks amazing and it was a wonderful birthday gift, although unbeknownst to him. I highly recommend for any detailing services your car needs.”
“I don't live in the area, but I really needed a car wash and stopped here for the $20.00 Wheely Wash. Really Impressed - even the wheel covers look good, Brake dust gone! A human being hand buffed the water spots off the windshield and side mirrors. He also popped my Passenger's side mirror back into a visible position. Just an EXCELLENT car wash - the wait wasn't bad even with 4 cars ahead of me and my Accord is spotless. Recommended!”
“If you are looking for a tint shop, this is the place! The owners are amazing! Walked into the shop and the next day the owner was able to fit me in despite his busy schedule. I am looking forward to getting my windshield done! Highly recommend to my family & friends.”
“I called and made an appointment for the “Super Wash.” The interior had been neglected for years. It came out much better than I expected it would. Looking forward to keeping it up now that it looks new again!”
“Our car got pickled after a container of vinegar broke before we remembered to grab it. Luckily for us, Mr. Detail Etc., LLC is really close to us, super professional, and just rad for how quickly, carefully, & completely they depickled our pickled Kia. We won’t wait for any detailing work going forward, as we now know just who to go to when our car needs some TLC, pickling incidents or otherwise”

“Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I got my car windows tinted here and it was the best experience I've had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sung really knows the products, he walked me through the different types of tint and their benefits. The car was done within hours and the tint looks beautiful. You can tell its great quality stuff. The tint has NO air bubbles and looks amazing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to change my mind. Definitely recommend taking your car here! Best place in Cleveland!!Services: Privacy window films”

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken the best yum yum 🍗. When Im craving fried chicken I come here. I don't mess with the gas. Price is cheap but it doesn't last long. $1.00 tenders Mondays.”

“Quality and friendly service,Keep the Billboard up, it works!! We were heading downtown for carwash, saw Billboard that says drive up,we did ,totally satified! Will return.”
“The staff is so friendly here. It’s makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Selena helped me out at the window with no complaints. Awesome. Truly one of the best experiences at a car wash. The free vacuums are a plus but the customer service is what keeps people around! Thank you!!”
“The team is so wonderful and kind. Go there all the time and they even love my dog. I swear, if he ever got loose, the first place he would run to is Lowry's.”
“Wheely Clean is a nice car wash. They pre-wash your car with a sprayer. They can also add a debugger if you have caught a ton of bugs on your front end and windshield . It smells very pungent, so be prepared but it is only for about 30 seconds. Then they send your car through the machine all while your sit inside your vehicle.
The car wash interior uses sprayers and mops to wash your car down. There are heavy duty and above average blowers at the end.
Unfortunately, they do not have people there to wipe your car down but they do have a place with vacuums, window cleaner, interior cleaner and garbage cans. I have never had to wait long in the line to go through the car wash or to wipe my car down. You literally can detail your car at this place.
They have unlimited car wash plans.”
“I've been going here since I bought my car brand new. It's 9 years old. I'm completely satisfied. They keep my red Crossover looking so good, people think it's brand new in 2026.(for real!!) I keep it clean, just ask Dallas. The price for 24/7 cleaning is Awesome!! Keep up the good work guys!”

“Auto Petit Wash offers a great touchless car wash experience with the lowest prices in the area. It delivers excellent wash results, and the finish is superb thanks to a powerful blower, completing the process in just 70 seconds. Highly recommended for a quick, affordable, and effective clean.”
“Ceramic 4 Ultra is a great wash and I appreciate the option to go touchless. The water really beads on my car when it rains. Plenty of strong vacuums available(w/crevice tool) and the towel exchange program is a plus.
However, I must say at multiple Clean Express locations, I find myself dying off more water versus the competitor at the end. Maybe a stronger/ longer drying segment is needed. A mat washing station would also be a gamechanger.
Overall, a satisfying experience and I will return.”
“Great place! Staff is so friendly & helpful. I frequently go to the S. Euclid location because it by my house. The staff there is awesome!! Rain, sunshine or snow, they always have a smile on their faces. Sometimes, I don't know how they do it. Lol! Neil, Joe and the rest of the group make something as simple as washing your car, enjoyable.”
“The Parma - Day Drive car wash location has been a consistently clean, organized and go-to site for me for a number of years. The staff is courteous and professional...I appreciate their service. The facility has towels, floor mat water sprays and cleaning supplies. A one-stop operation.”

“This is the only car wash I take my brand new black Tahoe truck to get a wash. The employees are very fast and efficient. I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.”
“One of the best around! Excellence in detailing both inside and out and fixed some scratches on the side of my car with attention to detail. I would highly recommend!”

“I've used this car twice now, and it's the ONLY one nearby that actually cleans the back of my SUV. As someone already stated, the water pressure is great and helps with removing road grime. My only suggestion is for them to please add 20 more seconds to the drying time.”
