“TLDR: Swensons card left on car aftern oil service - I didn't go to Swensons. Update below
Got an appointment for a basic oil change. Dropped off my car at 2:00pm and it was ready same day at 5:00pm. Staff were super nice, and I have always used Conrad’s for my oil changes. However - this time as I was driving home, I noticed a Swenson’s sign on my windshield. I do not know how it got there, I was already on my way home and the shop was closing so I didn’t call. But since I haven’t been to Swensons in months - and it wasn’t there when I dropped off my car - my only conclusion is that the Seven Hills Conrad’s uses their client’s cars for personal use while they have them. There is no damage to my car and no crumbs on the seats - but this is highly unprofessional.
I notified Conrad’s through their service survey but also wanted to review my experience here.
Update: Conrads called me and left a voicemail after seeing this review - Chad from Conrads mentioned the card must have been found in the bay and without bringing it to manager attention or double checking where it came from, staff placed it on my car. It was also mentioned that all but one employee enjoyed pizza with the other going to Arby's.
This isn't a big enough issue that I won't use Conrad's for my next oil change as they have always done an amazing job. What a weird occurance. 3 stars changed to 4 after recieving voicemail.”
