“I went to Harold’s Automotive on Monday with my engine light on and was pleased they were able to solve that problem for me. As they were doing an inspection on other things on my car that need attention; they found my right side worn out ball joint; and my back struts when figured the numbers and I said go ahead and do the work. My 1st time going to Harold’s automotive. I liked the service, professional & the communication skills with all who work there.
Great place to get your car fixed.”
“Excellent service The guys there where friendly listened and treated me fairly great pricing quick and IMMEDIATE service Best of all my wheels were mounted and balanced flawlessly zero scratches highly recommend”
“Can’t say anything GREAT things about this place, as well as Josh! Amazingly friendly, best deal in town and the BEAT WARRANTY AVAILABLE. Their price, service and professionalism is unmatched. I also cannot say enough great things about Josh, working the front counter. AMAZING EXPERIENCE”
“These guys are very good at what they do. They wrote me a detailed summary of their findings and did a good job of giving me my options. I would definitely recommend them. Although they are not the cheapest price in town as the saying goes you get what you pay for, and with these guys you’re paying for people who know what they are doing! Peace of mind that they are doing a good job is priceless!”
“They helped me out of a terribe situation due to a flat and a piece hanging due to running into a curb. Th job was quick & professional.
I highly recommend them! Very nice and truly helpful along with good pricing!! Thank you so very much :)”
“Made an appointment. Whent to the appointment and the counter person had one great attitude. He hated his job. All was well he was relieved off his duties by regional boss who was there. GOOD FOR YOU GUYS!!!”
“UPDATE: 8/24/2026
Literally fours to the date, I wound up having to go back to the shop due to a slow leak. The techs were able to have my vehicle back in the road 🛣 with the quickness.Again, awesome tire spot. By the way, I'm STILL driving on the 🛞 🛞 🛞 🛞 I purchased four years ago, too.
Awesome 👍🏾 Tire spot. I was really pleased with their inventory and service.”
“I can't say it enough. This place is awesome. The customer service and the ability to go above and beyond just the normal diagnosis was amazing. Save me hundreds on fixing my window”

“I was 60 miles from home when my tire light came on with only 15 lbs of pressure. I pulled into a Parma gas station around 4:45 PM, spotted a construction staple in the tread, and started calling nearby shops. Three other places turned me down, saying they’d need to keep the car overnight since they closed at 5:00 or 6:00 PM.
On my fourth call, I reached Miguel at Van's. Despite closing soon, he was upbeat, professional, and assured me they’d handle it. They got my car right into a bay, patched the tire quickly, and only charged $25. Outstanding customer service for a last-minute emergency—it’s easy to see why this shop is rated so highly.”
