“I had two experiences with my cat at Greystone. The first was positive, the second was slightly heart wrenching. My Ginny had surgery here, and the surgery went very well, and was performed skillfully. About a month and a half after this, she injured her foot, jumping off the counter. So naturally, I took her back to the people that took such good care of her. They had to put her under anesthesia and look at her foot. Unfortunately, she had a reaction and died while there the second time. Admittedly, I was angry at first. Even if communication regarding final pick up took longer than I would have liked, staff called me to apologize if they made me upset, and sent me a personalized sympathy card. While I will forever miss my kitty, rest assured that staff does care about your fur baby. Despite my loss, I do recommend them to other pet owners.”
“Yesterday I let go of my 19/20 year old Westie Ruckus. He was my companion dog for 16 years. 3 years ago I let go of my 19/20 year old mixed breed Mocha. He was one of the most amazing dogs to grace this earth. I credit Rainbow Vet and it’s incredible doctors and staff with playing a massive part in my sweet boys living healthy, thriving, long loving lives. They are incredibly compassionate, caring, professional, informative, patient and kind. I could not imagine this journey without them.
Dr. Alcorn and Dr. Mitchell, thank you for nearly 20 years of phenomenal care. And thank you Dr. Alcorn and your entire team for yesterday with Ruckus. This journey continues with Beau. You guys are the best of the best.❤️”
“Wow. I was looking for a specific floating plant for my aquarium. I purchased a batch of frogbit--super green, no snails. What impressed me more was that this is a traditional neighborhood pet store. I will always go here first, instead of a big box chain from now on. Wonderful vibe.”
“Have been going here for as long as I can remember. Wonderful staff who take time to answer all of your questions during visits, and they’re glad to help otherwise when you need it the most.”
“Paws Play-CLE is the best home away from home! I have had to go to Cleveland Clinic a couple of times (traveling from Indiana) and Max & Alayna’s Paws Play has enabled me to bring my Yorkie with me. I hated the idea of boarding him. We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????”
“I cant say enough about the Shaker Heights Animal Hospital. We’ve been bringing our dog there for almost a year now and every experience Ive had with them thus far has been fantastic. They are so attentive, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly! Knowing we have Dr. Welsh (and Dr. Firestone), along with the rest of the staff gives us peace of mind - knowing we are always in such good hands. Thank you SHAH!”
“The Family Pet is the only clinic we've taken our dogs to throughout the years. The staff is very nice and helpful, and Dr. Litwak is very kind and concerned about the health of my dogs.I know my dogs get the best care at Family Pet.”

“I never take the time to write reviews but -They fit me in last minute to check my cat Ellie’s stitches from getting spayed. Ellie has CH, so she is a wobbly cat and I am very careful with where I take her because of this. But I was worried they were infected and wanted to get somewhere quickly. They were kind and extremely quick to help. I was so worried because I had a flight in a few hours and they eased my worries. My boyfriend and I were so impressed with how calm Ellie was with them. She let them hold her and she laid in my lap while we waited for the vet. I LOVED this because I hate leaving her alone back there while waiting in the lobby at most vets. I am considering making this both of my cats’ main vet.”
“Great first time experience. New to the place. everyone was friendly and explained everything. I think the price was pretty reasonable for what we needed done for our dog. Check up, shots, meds. ?”
“Went there today for my sweet Betty. She got pink eye. The doctor stain her eye to see if she had any scratching marks. I would recommend come here. The nurse who with us was very nice and helpful. I forgot her name. She showed me how to put the ointment to Betty’s eye. I would come back for her routine check up and vaccine.”

“I've gone to Cloverleaf for at least 20 plus years. I would highly recommend it to everyone. They have taken care of a number of cats and dogs. They are caring and professional.”
“I found Bartels while vacationing a few yrs back I have never left my Laya overnight anywhere and certainly not with strangers, after careful research choosing a resort I felt comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care , I came across Bartels they offered all the amenities I was looking for Laya was only in their care a few days, but I was able to give her comfort in her own suite and best part was being able to look in on her with a camera available in her suite, that was the most comforting. Laya was roughly 10yrs of age at this time, shortly after her stay I made an appointment on the clinic side to have her routine checkup and 4yrs later Dr. Mitzy has been her vet ever since,She is very kind, smart, and always explained every detail of Layas care so I would understand, she was therough with her care plan ,and always gave us both what we needed , answering all my questions and looking out for Layas best interest, she has overseen Layas care from treating Laya for dementia, overseeing her aging and never over looking an issue. I trusted her answers, and diagnosis as over the years she has been spot on, recently, Layas last visit I was told she had eye cancer, spinal cancer, declining kidneys,ETC..It was hard to accept, and alot to take in,over the past few weeks, everything Dr, Mitzy said was going to happen, HAPPENED, she started declining very rapidly,Dr,Mitzy was always there when I called and she did her very best to make sure my Laya was as comfortable as possible.Yesterday September 25th, I ended my Layas suffering, not wanting her to experience more pain than she already was,If it wasn't for Dr, Mitzy caring for Laya over the past few years I know she would not have lived this long, I am Grateful for her,and for giving me a few extra yrs of love and memories with my baby! Good doctors are hard to come by,and I was lucky to find her so late in Layas life but just when we needed her the most she came right on time!! Thank you Dr, Mitzy for all you've done for Laya and I keeping my baby with me just a little longer.!! You are our angel.!! And you'll never know how much I appreciate you and Thank you for being the Best!! ??R.I.H my princess Layagyrl 2011-2024.mommy will love you forever and always!?”
“This is a wonderful practice starting with the front desk who are always extremely helpful, friendly and kind. All of the vet techs are great and the doctors are as well. I was nervous about finding a vet when I moved to this area and Big Creek Pet Hospital has been a fantastic facility for my pets.”
“Dexter lost his Vet for a few months, we were so happy to find him again at a new location.
DR. Michael Mercik is worth the wait.
Great friendly staff. A great place for your pets. Dexter was super happy to see him.”
“My visit was great I love the veterinarian in Middleburg Hts. I'm so sad and that they're going to be closing and that I will be visiting a new Clinic. Sly and I will miss you”
“Bartels pet hospital. Walking in the doors is a welcoming experience. I know as everyone does going to the vet is extremely stressful for both human and furry friend. We worry for our four legged friends. But when i go to bartels. That stress dissipates. The front desk workers are hard working and always going the extra mile. While prices can be high they are fair. The nurse like people are amazing as they welcome you into your appointment and help you with the process. The vets are perfect. Always focused on you and your furry friend. Treating your dog not as a wild animal but as a member of your family. I can’t speak highly enough on this team and this place. Building is a staple in brecksville been my parents went here and now i go here. I thank the dedicated team and Vets who work hard to make sure we go home with our fury friends feeling better ?”

“The doctor and staff were very nice. I had my male kittens there to be neutered on Feb. 27, 2024. It seems he did a beautiful job. I was nervous at first cause I adore my kitties. They recovered quickly and seem very happy and playful.”
“My first time here, and it was for an emergency. They took great care of my senior dachshund and also of me, who was very nervous bringing my dog to a new place and handing him over to strangers.”
“Dr. Perdue and her entire staff are the most genuinely kind, compassionate, empathic, and highly educated people we have dealt with for our animals. There have been a multitude of issues our dogs and cats have had over the years and Dr. Perdue expertly diagnosed and treated them all with precision. She is an expert diagnostician and cares about the animal and family. We would be lost without her and her staff.”
“My cat was seen here by Dr. Adam's for at least 10 years. She was so amazing with her. She had kidney disease and with her help she lasted several years through it being so caring and patient with her. We had to put her down and they were so amazing with the process making sure we understood everything and put us at ease. They are a bit costly but if you want amazing care Dr. Adam's is totally worth it”
“When I was looking for a vet for my dog, Ella, I chose Southwest Animal Hospital for Dr. Cross who is now retired. Now with Dr. Soda Gray, I can't see myself going anywhere else. She and her staff are smart, kind, calm, compassionate and truly care. I never feel rushed and all of my questions get answered, and sometimes I have a lot! I feel very lucky to have her and her wonderful staff as my dog's veterinary practice.”
“Dr. Grossman and staff are the absolute Best!!!! Always kind and caring, and available even if it's just a question. I have been with Apple Hill for decades with three dogs now and I would not trust anyone else with the care of my pets. Just recently I lost my beloved Zoie (dog) , and Dr Grossman was right there with us until the end, with overwhelming love and support. I can't say enough about how grateful I was for that.”
“We had our first visit at Lakewood Animal Hospital, and they were amazing! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the vet is knowledgeable and kind to our fur baby. Much to my surprise (since it's in Lakewood), the cost was reasonable and cheaper than other vets we've used in the past! I will be back, and I definitely recommend this vet!”
“The staff is inviting and helpful. This review may be biased because they all loved my dog. They were informative and efficient.
I will say this though. This was my first time at a vets office in over a decade. I had to lay my 11 year old German Shepherd to rest there. He was a patient at different vets office. But they were booked and it was an urgent necessity.
This hospital was where I took him. Even though that was a long time ago they were an amazing staff. They respected my grief and my wishes. They loved that dog too even though they only got to see him for 30 minutes, at his worst. They made a painful process tolerable. Maybe no one that was there then is there now. However, I still felt the same respect.
It was good for me to link the last moments of his life to some of my first moments of my new puppy. This might not have been as emotional post, but they were helping another family in the same way they helped me so long ago. If your wondering how I know, they place a sign and a candle in the waiting room to ask people to talk in low tones. Not gonna lie I got choked up waiting on my puppy and seeing that sign. I am tearing up now. But now, one of the most painful days of my life has a connection to the birth of my partnership with my newest family member.
This is a long review. TLDR - this office is currently great for your pet. They have a history of caring about us and our pets. That is why I returned after only 1 brief visit over a decade ago.

“I can't say enough good things about this clinic! The staff is amazing and truly cares for my pets like they are their own! I always know my boys are in good hands here.”
“Marion deserves recognition for running outside to help me carry a crate with a large cat inside. She saw my struggle on the sidewalk and ran to help without solicitation. She graciously did the same thing when I was leaving. She was so attentive and left a fabulous impression with me. This person is what every employer dreams of having. Thank you so much Marion!!!”

“I love this place. They are so good here and the Doctor is so sweet . I have been taking my fur babies here for at least 10 years and they are always good and have very good bedside manner. Highly recommend!”
“Thank you to Dr. Caitlin Cunningham and the Broadview staff for their compassionate support when my beloved Charlie passed into the great beyond. Charlie was a small creature who had a big impact on my life. Dr. Cunningham interrupted her schedule to take the time to address Charlie’s final needs. Her actions supported me in my grief.”
