Advance Auto Parts is a helpful and friendly auto parts store. Employees are very informative and assist with parts like wiper blades, even installing them. They explain different types and price points. Most people find the staff nice and helpful, making it a favorite location for many. However, there can be unprofessional moments, with cashiers sometimes making inappropriate comments about customers who are still in the store. The door is locked between customers for security. Overall, it is known for being friendly and quite helpful for those needing auto parts and service.
The best store in Cleveland ohio. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Stopped in because we NEEDED a new pair of wiper blades. (The weather was a terrible mix of rain/snow/rain. The man volunteered to put the new blades on the truck, after explaining the different types & price points. The lady was very friendly. I was shocked to learn they lock the door between customers.
