“They are awesome repair people and are absolutely a place I will always return to in order to get work done on the car, especially body work. I can't speak to the mechanical aspect of their shop since I've mainly gotten my vehicle's bodywork fixed. I would DEFINITELY go to them for everything, however, if they were closer to my home location in Mentor on the Lake. Their location relative to mine doesn't have any bearing on the quality of work. They came HIGHLY recommended by a few of my Uber customers and a personal friend, and I can see why! They also have connections to O'Brien leasing on Mayfield road, so if you want more vehicle options for a rental, but don't have quite the cash to spend at a place like Enterprise, that's definitely an option. If you would need a rental to cover you while the shop is working on your car, they will set up pickup or drop off right there so you don't have to worry about anything. It may be possible to do both there, but you'd need to go to O'Brien at some point in order to give them your credit card info for payment. Regardless, they are THE place to go!Oh! They also detail the inside of your car after they are done working on it and I lost a 20 in my car around Christmas, and they found it, leaving it in the cup holder. They could have easily yoink'd it, and I would have never known, but they didn't. Shows me they care and are upstanding and trustworthy people! They definitely deserve your business.Attached photos are the before and after.”

“In January 2024 I took our 2011 Subaru Forester in for its routine service visit. After receiving a "terminally ill" report on its problems, my husband and I decided to scrap the car and purchase a new used car from Ganley Bedford. Tyler in the Service Dept. referred us to Gabe Byrd, who worked with us for several days on identifying a good car candidate for purchase. We had an outstandingly positive experience with Gabe and the cluster of other Ganley experts who advised us. We were impressed by many of Gabe's strong points, but chief among these were his: 1.) low key/no pressure approach, 2.) empathy and sensitivity in understanding what factors were important to us, and 3.) level of knowledge.”
“This place is awesome. You gotta go there. They take care of everything from start to finish. This is the second time they fixed damage on my BMW as it was hit almost back to back. He went all the way to Detroit just to get the parts so I can have my car in time for the weekend. I can’t stress enough that this is a place you need to come get your car. “Super work, great price, trustworthy. I had a 2008 white pearl Santa Fe, and someone hit my right passenger door. Mr. Wall (a no-nonsense down to earth gentleman) looked it over, and gave me a great price and timing. This was in 2012. All the work was done on schedule, and the paint match was stunning given he had to match paint that was a factory color but had faded a bit after 4 years. My wife and I could never spot a difference in color, whether bright daylight, under garage lights, or on a cloudy day.”
“Matt was very helpful as usual. I had a nail in my right rear tire, which could not be repaired. He suggested another tire which was good for 60 thousand miles. Which I purchased, he did not try to persuade me to replace all the tires on my car. He did let me know what that cost would be. So I think I will come back and purchase three more. “If you need ANY kind of auto body work done, drive immediately to Jon's Garage in Solon. Jon and his family are friends, so I knew he'd do a good job, but I wasn't prepared for what an EXCELLENT job he did on my car repair. He not only obliterated a twelve-inch gash in my rear quarter panel, he matched paint perfectly, and the repair is completely invisible. AND, he totally detailed the car (which I didn't request) - my car looks just like it did when I drove it away from the dealer! Quick service and a very reasonable price - highly recommended!!”
