“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. “I have known Danny (the owner/mechanic) since before I had my own car. My sister Trudy who was 17 years older than me was referred to him by a co-worker many many moons ago. There’s not a better man in this occupation or for that matter, in general. Whatever you need done, he can do and if he can’t do it, he’ll tell you who to go to. I am now 64 years old and have had my own car since I was 18. I trust Danny hands down. “Steve is a very competent sales person with good knowledge of Audi cars. This would have been a 5 star review if he had the support from management. He tried to find a car that was no longer available but still listed for sale - not his fault. He tried to have everything ready for when we arrived at the dealer for a fast delivery but management did not get the documents ready-took 2 days. Buy your next Audi from Steve but be ready for delays once you have closed the deal with him.”
