Porsche of Beachwood has treated me very kindly throughout the years. 15 years ago when I was a looky-loo, ten years ago on a random used car they had, five years ago on a used Cayenne, and now on maintaining my 911. Walt especially is kind and direct, working with me on what I want them to go after, or what projects I want to tackle. I live near Toledo, and happily drive by the other Northern Ohio Porsche dealership to go to Porsche Beachwood. The vehicle they service for me is one of my larger single assets, and I appreciate that they value it like I do.”

Let's put it this way; I've been coming to this place for twenty plus years and even though I no longer live in the same area, I drive twenty miles out of my way to patronize them. To say that the customer service is off the charts good would be an understatement. “In January 2024 I took our 2011 Subaru Forester in for its routine service visit. After receiving a "terminally ill" report on its problems, my husband and I decided to scrap the car and purchase a new used car from Ganley Bedford. Tyler in the Service Dept. referred us to Gabe Byrd, who worked with us for several days on identifying a good car candidate for purchase. We had an outstandingly positive experience with Gabe and the cluster of other Ganley experts who advised us. We were impressed by many of Gabe's strong points, but chief among these were his: 1.) low key/no pressure approach, 2.) empathy and sensitivity in understanding what factors were important to us, and 3.) level of knowledge.”
