My boy Gunner is a little shy at first and needs some warming up to, but the second I met Deja, I knew he wasn’t going to have a problem. They took care of my pup so well and I can not wait to book my next appointment with them! I can tell why this place has all 5 star reviews because the calmness and the love they have for these dogs shows with every ounce!

We’ve been bringing our dog there for almost a year now and every experience Ive had with them thus far has been fantastic. They are so attentive, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly! Knowing we have Dr. Welsh (and Dr. Firestone), along with the rest of the staff gives us peace of mind - knowing we are always in such good hands. Thank you SHAH!

3706 Lee Rd, Shaker HeightsIf you have the good fortune to get your dog into Process Canine( I know they did have a wait list) thank your lucky stars this is the best dog “ hotel “(kennel) in the city. The people that work there are terrific and Amanda, the owner is fantastic! Unless I am actually taking my dog there, I can’t even say Process Canine because he races to the door and starts jumping around!!

There is a mob i mean like 25- 40 kids with backpacks running around like crazy and police had to be called. Dont feel very safe here . But the food and stores and apartments are wonderful. If the police dont get this under control the good stores and food will pull out.

3449 Tuttle Rd, Shaker HeightsBefore visiting, I thought Craft Collective was a bona fide brewery, but it's actually just a tap room of sorts situated inside a galley style venue. Interesting set up. The Hazy IPA I enjoyed was really very good, I must say, while the bartender could have been a bit more attentive. If you're looking for a variety of beer in this vicinity, give them a shot.
