“I have been banking with US Bank for several weeks only, but I can say that the Madeira branch is one of the best ones I have ever dealt with. They have a friendly and professional staff, a clean and modern facility, and a convenient location. They always go above and beyond to meet my banking needs and provide excellent customer service. I have not received the same level of service at other US Bank branches, so I really appreciate the difference that the Madeira branch makes.I especially want to comment Marshal Sang. “Today was the last day of a stressful week. At the last minute I booked a same day appointment with Marciana. Marciana is a experienced and skilled stylist specializing in natural hair. I was pleased that she welcomed me and worked with scheduling issues. The salon was clean and professional. Other stylist were nice and offer conversation to all customers. I was even able to add on a nail service!!! The nail technician was experienced and kind! (which is often hard to find) Thank you so much everyone. My hair looks and feels amazing. And I love my sparkly gel nails! I’ll be back for sure. This place is a hidden gem.”

“I don't know whether it's typical, but my heart is telling me it's not. Here's my story: My husband recently passed away and I walked into our favorite Walgreens to notify the pharmacy of his passing. They were absolutely amazing and offered so much emotional support as they could tell I was visibly shaken--I was a wreck actually. They felt like family in my moment of devastation. To make things even better, I received a sympathy card in the mail today signed by the staff! They went the extra mile and my heart swells with gratitude! Thank you guys for being simply amazing!”

“My son needed to open a checking account so his summer job could process payroll through direct deposit. We walked in the door about ten minutes prior to closing. Andy Dearing, Branch Manager, was incredible! He told us not to stress over the time. He would help us and make sure everything was set up correctly. He spoke to my son in a very caring and professional manner. Offered advice on the dos and don'ts of owning a debit/credit card. He used meaningful examples to which my son could relate. Before we wrapped up, he told my son when to expect to receive his debit card. Once it arrived, Andy asked for my son to return so they could set up online banking and the virtual wallet. He shook my son's hand and treated him like an adult. Offered his business card and encouraged him to reach out if he needed anything. We returned today to set up the online banking. Andy was just as friendly and professional as before. I'm very thankful for Andy. He gave my son sound advice to help him start on a firm financial path. The rest is up to us.”
