“My mother had some issues with her debit card and was very frustrated and couldn’t get any help from the 1800 customer service number. Called the Milford location out of desperation and Robin the manager really went out of her way to help her. She was so nice and eager to help which is rare these days. If you have any issues with your account or just need to open a bank account go see Robin at the Milford location, she’s great.”

Patina Patel assisted me from behind the counter. She authorized my accounts so I was able to download the app while there. She was very kind, explaining the different steps. She also provided CD info for higher rates of interest. A full service experience!”
