“We came here specifically because read online that this was the 2nd largest Dollar Tree in the US, however we did not get that experience at all when we walked in. It is about the same size as our Dollar Tree on the other side of Cincinnati and the items were the same.However, it is clean and bright and the employees are kind. I am giving this a 4 star review because it was okay, no complaints, just not wow or a knock my socks off experience to warrant a 5 star review.”

“I shop this store quite often! I wanted a couch there back in September and this wonderful guy helped me so very customer detailed. He did not have all the pieces and called around and held the couch for me in Springdale. He was so kind and had a great sense of humor. Went in there this week and the sales associate could not scan my five dollar coupon so he calls for the Manager. Up walks wonderful guy that was so great with my couch. He took great care of me at the register and he definantly deserves the Manager position. He has a great laugh too. Plus I finally found out his name is Robbie. Ask for him, he will treat you with respect, explain in detail and make sure you leave satisfied. Great store!”

“$$ Tree is always a hot or miss on the seasonal stuff. But the things garentee to have. Like battery candles or all shapes, sizes, glow in dark sticks, fake flowers, etc; those are great , fast pick up. & cheaper than big box stores. & they have tons of balloons to pick from . “I love tj maxx, they have unique items and I love browsing the beauty section especially. My reason for 4/5 stars is that the children’s toy area is always a mess. I don’t think I’ve ever been in and there hasn’t been stuff on the floor. The men’s selection is also small. I also feel it almost has a thrift store vibe the way the clothes are hung and I personally find shopping for clothes difficult. I love the beauty, home, and baby sections though.”

“I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.”

“It's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.”

“I shop here every once n awhile. On this occasion, it was not a great 1. The bathrooms were nasty. N the store was a mess. The poor girl that was cashing people out had a line, n no other employees n sight. She also struggled 2 void n item off that she had double scanned. She told me that she was new, n apologized. But it would have been nice if some1 was there 2 help her. Even tho she was struggling n had a ton of people 2 check out she was very sweet n polite.”
