βKeep in mind I write this review with it being black friday weekend. I normally dont shop at Burlington but my wife wanted to stop, with that said I was impressed with there selection of coats, socks, briefs and men's cologne. The prices were cheaper than anywhere else. Id recommend stopping there to get any of the above named items. Now the bad. The store was a mess clothes were tagged wrong and thrown everywhere. Id also look elsewhere for t-shirts.β
βI love this place. It's a great store ever since Big lots is out of business. This is definitely a go-to. I found a wonderful heating blanket for $19.99. I am going to take the best naps ever this winter. And I'm going to try some new drinks by Dole green tea. Citrus splash customer service was great. Seven hills location!β
βMy favorite place to shop! You cannot find any better deals. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I make a 45 minute drive to shop here! Highly recommend it!β
βI honestly miss the true Dollar Tree! I loved to go in there and spend 40 to 60 bucks and just have so much stuff. Now that they have expanded their product line to include items at 3, 5, and 10.00 for some reason it took me a year to comprehend all of this.β

βI went into TJMaxx this evening to get some Christmas shopping done. I was impressed with the staff. They were extremely busy, but were all really friendly and all had smiles on their faces! So wonderful to see! Kudos to all of you!β
βOf course it's a week before Christmas ?β so I understand this. Man were they busy. Lots of people, but pretty neat place, toys, shoes, gadgets, games, clothes, make-up ?, candy, tons of inexpensive things. I had never been before and my wife said let's go. Was a fun place. The lady that waited on us, was sweet ?, we conversated and laughed a little. Good times.β
βWith the price of groceries this is my first stop for my groceries I do most of my shopping right here. Priceing is really good. Good staff. Never had a bad visit. Nice..β

βGreat store with unique items for $5 or less, friendly staff. They've added a few items that cost a bit more but all less than $20. Since the last visit it's not as cramped and we were looking for specific items to mount a camera and they had them for a few bucks.β
βThis place is fine for a quick in and out trip. The prices are reasonable and the service is usually good. The experience is comparable to any other "dollar" store that you've been to. I stopped in to grab an energy drink and snack. You could also grab essentials like milk if you needed to.β
βDespite other comments about the store being trashed. They have definitely been working hard to keep it very clean as organized. It’s probably one of the cleanest and organized dollars trees Ive been in. Kudos to them for stepping it up.β
βDollar Tree usually has everything I need. Not all things are a good buy and I don't like that the prices keep going up, but I will continue to shop for now.β
βPlace was organized and I can walk through the aisles. Cashier was very helpful. The cashier showed me what aisle I needed to be in and also had suggested a good products.β

I took my daughter and son so we could get some things.. they have a wide variety of merchandise, including some clothing, hats, sandals, pool floaties, towels and sand toys. They have makeup, hairbands and clips, exercise gear, room decor, kids toys, family games, arts and crafts, books, and dog beds. I could go on and on lol.
They're sweet workers and always have been nice and respectful to everyone = great customer service. It is surrounded by other stores, restaurants and the Kenwood Mall is right across the street.β
βThis store has everything you can think of, I hope so, it was aisle after aisle of foods, merchandise hats shoes TVs drinks health-care garden rugs...cookies...Ohio State sports items and Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Redsβ
βIt's a great store to have in the neighborhood. They have quite a range of products from food staples and snacks, toiletries, paper product , and more. The prices are good. The employees are friendly and helpful.β

βIt's chaos, but clean. It's a good place to idly browse for a while. I have found some really neat finds here that I was not expecting. The perfect pair of pants even!β
βSeems like an okay store. The dressing room area was closed so there's not a way to try on the clothes in the store. Prices seemed good. I appreciated how friendly the employee was.β
βThis is advertised as one of the largest Dollar Trees and the biggest one in Ohio, however there is nothing different about it. Nothing different than any others.β
βPurchased some equipment and supplies from them and also had them come out for a couple installations. DJ Josh and Rick are some great guys and were very helpful. Definitely recommend working with them.β

βCustomer service was good. Bought everything I needed. The store is very messy and it's hard to get a cart down the isles because of all the merchandise still in boxes needing to be put away. This store is always a mess.β
βi work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!β
βI come to this dollar general all the time- twice so far this weekend- overall itβs always clean and stocked.
Today I went and bought a thermometer and I couldnβt get it to work so I took it back and exchanged it- I again couldnβt get the new one to work. The man working took the time to find a small screw driver and open it up for me- there was a pull tab on the inside of the battery that you couldnβt see: he took the time to open it, fix it, close it back up and on top of that gave me his mini screw driver so it wouldnβt happen again. My son was really sick and I had little to no sleep the night before so this kind gesture meant the world to meβ
βI was at the North College Hill store, it was nice. I purchased a nice Sunday hat for church. I was looking for a picture for my house,bedroom and living room. Couldn't find anything so now tomorrow, March 24th 2025 I'm going to go to the Bone Hill store on Seymour. Thank you!β
βOverall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.β
βI stop by at LEAST twice a week because I know the team here will always take care of me. Iβve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I can say that when you walk into this location, you will be met with kind words and good vibes!!! Just be patient with the employees because this is a busy location but once you get the know the team, the service you will get is definitely worth it!!!β

βWe came into Springdale location today in hopes to find a hot commodity item and we lucked out!! The two employees we encountered were so helpful and kind! Shaq and MaKayla were very informative with my questions and just very willing to help out! They are one of a kind and we will definitely continue coming to this location!!β
