“We have been with Charles Schwab of Cincinnati for around 5 years. Will Varwig has always been our branch representative. He has always been kind and very responsive when reaching out to him. They also offer some services for free, where local banks charge. We have been with TD Ameritrade, Chase Bank, PNC Bank and others in the past. By far, we have had the most success with Charles Schwab. Ask for Will Varwig. You won't be disappointed.”

“Can't say enough about Michelle at the Finneytown, Brentwood PNC. I believe she is the Assistant Manager. Recently my bankcard was compromised. Unauthorized charges. I was so upset, felt violated & was so nervous. I stopped in the branch office to get it resolved. Michelle was so nice & comforting. So efficient & understanding. Validated my feelings. I told her how nervous I was. She says to me "don't worry, I got your back". Simple words that were so reassuring. Thanks again Michelle & thanks PNC for hiring good people.”

“TaQwanta was so nice and efficient. She took me in at the last minute and opened up a checking account for me in less than 10 minutes. (I already bank with PNC just wanted 2 checking accounts). This was after I was turned away by the branch on 415 ludlow avenue even though I made an appt two days prior with them for today at 4:15. There were 3 guys working there and only one customer, so I’m not sure why they turned me away. Not to mention that branch closes at 6, so they definitely weren’t pressed for time. I’m so grateful for TaQwanta; she let me voice my frustrations and seemed to really care! I 10/10 recommend her services!”
“This is our nearest PNC branch that we've been banking with for over ten years. We opened student accounts when our girls went off to college here, and we've gotten many documents notarized. They've always been friendly and efficient. We went recently and they still have a drive thru and ATM, but the lobby is locked. We called to make an appointment to get docs notarized, and a manager greeted us to let us in. They are Covid conscious and use acrylic barriers and masks. We enjoy banking here!”
“I've always had great customer service here and I'm always treated very well. I don't bank there but I deposit for someone else.They don't bother me about opening an account or getting a PNC credit card, like most banks do, when they find out I bank someplace else.I wouldn't mind if they did ask, because it's their job to try to get new business and new accounts started. I would absolutely recommend their services.Even when I've cashed lottery tickets here, they've been extremely professional and they don't act like it was a waste of time or anything.”

“I usually go through the drive thru or use the mobile app for my banking needs. However I had to go inside the bank this week twice for a cashiers check. I was greeted warmly by Michelle who directed me to Anna. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The only thing I was disappointed about is the service charge of $5 for each check, but she told me up front. Overall very happy long time customer. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else!”
