I overheard an employee speaking very disrespectfully about a customer, then watched her treat another customer the same way. No one even acknowledged me when I walked in.

Even after I left, I had to call her three different times because I couldn't remember all the details. Each time, Mella was patient, kind, and happy to help. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
The facility is clean, well-lit, climate-controlled, and very easy to navigate. Most importantly, Mella made my first storage experience completely stress-free.
