This is one of those times where I wish I could give a 0 star review. This is my first and last time at a Thornton’s if all of them have service like this one. I was asked to leave the store by the cashier after asking them to take down a sign that had false advertisement about a deal. I tried said deal and was forced to pay full price so I said they should take the sign down and I was brushed off and told to leave.

They close during shift change at like 2am, so if you walk there I sucks having to wait a hour before they re-open. Especially since it's really the only thing open around that time.

You know this store used to stand out above the rest. I never used to think of Thornton's as just a gas station.
Now you've taken out all the good sandwiches that were handmade right here in store and you sacrificed for cheaper plain gas station sandwiches.
That was literally one of the most important things that made thorntons stand out amongst other gas stations was that they had handmade quality food. But apparently since you're owned by BP and somebody complains about how much they cost you just take them away and put crappy regular gas station sandwiches. I wouldn't mind if you removed all these breakfast sandwiches that you want to charge $6 for and bring back the actual quality lunch sandwiches. Horrible decision making on management.
Thank you for bringing down the prices it's really great of you because I did see the breakfast sandwiches go down in price. But it's still unfortunate that you have these elderly tellers that decide when they finally get the pastries back in the store, they're going to go buy all six muffins because they really like them and then nobody else can have any. She literally went up and put all six in a box and put them right there by the register and was eating one and said oh these are being bought well that's great I guess nobody else gets to have any...

lol they’re not open 24/7 first off. They’re always conveniently closed “for shift change” and it’s just the employees smoking outside. They wouldn’t let anyone in, even people who had to reallyyyyy use the bathroom, which is a human right btw. This has happened twice now, on different nights. It’s just laziness to me.

As a 3rd shift night worker this is the only gas station open "24 hours" almost everytime I come here theirs a sign that says closed for shift change. Been sitting here almost 40 minutes...
Edit- your employee genea was speeding balls snd your other employee was earing personally saw 15 customers leave before they opened after 40 minutes...pretty egregious

Always out of hotdogs. Told me come back in 12 mins and will have hotdogs came back 15 mins no hot dogs........ 2/10 times have hot dogs does not matter what time you come by.....

This location is the worst and here is why. First let me clarify that the staff and the store cleanliness and stock is fantastic… but the other customers are not so great. The people who walk in always smell of weed and act like they are so kind of gangster or badass. It makes me feel so unsafe to be there especially when tweakers and druggies hang around outside the building asking for money to support there addiction. Avoid this location if you have kids cause your kids shouldn’t be seeing a crazed crack head tweaking inside or outside the store. Apparently to make things worse the staff can’t approach them cause it’s against store policy. Staff - 10/10 | location - 1/10

Good hot dogs and big fountain drinks . A construction workers lunch of champions. ?They have sandwiches and nachos too. Plus all your energy drinks. It's a good station.
