“I can never say enough good things about Tim and his team. I have been a customer of his since he opened the shop. He is always fair honest and completely trustworthy. If he says something is wrong or needs to be replaced and what I love about him is that if something does not need fixed he tells you that as well and does not jack up the price. Recently over this Christmas my wife and I were in town visiting as we have moved away from Cincinnati area on the trip here a rattle started unexpectedly on my4Runner which Corey one of the mechanics diagnosed as a heat shield rattling. “I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Overbeck Auto to diagnose issues with my purge valve and engine lights. Daryle and the Overbeck team went above and beyond. They ordered the part my car needed and then waited for the vendor to deliver it. Due to traffic they stayed after hours on a Friday evening to make sure it arrived. As soon as it came in they installed the part, test-drove the car and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
They didn’t charge me for the extra time or the additional parts it took to clear the engine codes. They were reliable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate—I truly felt heard and cared for. It’s rare to find an auto shop like that these days. My wife was so impressed with their service that she even baked cookies for me to bring to them!

I've an 04' Saab 95' 2.3. it had a blown head gasket!! I bought it 9 years ago for my mom. After speaking with Tammy or Tammie, Tami,!!! She didn't hesitate to say, bring it down to us!!! “We found a screw in one of our Jeep Gladiator tires. We had a long drive home to Alabama the next day and didn't want to worry about the tire. Called Xpress Pro Tire & Auto University first thing in the morning. They said to bring it in at 11. They did warn me that it might take an hour or two before they got to the Jeep. I was able to do my computer work in their lobby so I told them time was not an issue. The Jeep went in ~40 minutes later and the tire was fixed within 30 mins+/-. The staff are friendly and the service is great. I would use them again should the need arise when we are visiting family in Cincinnati.”

The best customer service with the friendliest staff and long-time employees who always make you feel welcome. They have frozen yogurt, a car wash, and plenty of gas pumps, there’s rarely a wait, and they’re always in working! Mechanic shop in the back is a huge bonus, and a variety of options for quick shop offers inside. They setup huge Bengals merch shop outside during football season. I've been fueling up here for over 20 years, and it just keeps getting better!”
