“Bill was very helpful. He did a tune up on my wife's laptop and installed a new battery. Overall price was fair for the work he did. This wasn't the first time I had used Premium as he had done work for me about 10 years ago. Highly recommend Premium.”

“I can't say enough good things about Royal Business Equipment. Glenn and his brother are hands-down the best owner/operators I've worked with — professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable in their field. Whether you're buying a new computer or need one repaired, their customer service is unmatched. If you're in the Elyria area and need computer sales or repair, do yourself a favor and go see them. I wouldn't trust anyone else.”

“Wow What a nice place. The staff there was very nice to work with. They gave me a lot of information ,so it was easy to decide on the refurbished computer I purchased. I chose to drive over to their location but purchasing online would have worked to.”

“My husband and I visited on 2/21/26 in the evening, I tried scanning the barcode on receipt to leave review but it did not work ? I just had to leave a review somewhere though based on the EXCEPTIONAL service we received from the two gentlemen who helped us. We were in the market for a gaming laptop, but ended up leaving with 2 laptops, a lap tray, a mouse, and a Best Buy Total membership! The young man who checked us out (I believe his name started with a C) was very knowledgeable and gave us all the details on what that membership includes (EVERYONE should get on board with it, had no idea there were so many perks!) he helped us find the right accessories and made sure the computers were exactly what we were looking for. Earlier in the visit and associate named AJ was also helpful in directing us and answering our first few questions. Would visit again for our tech needs!”
