“Great service! Our Dyson stick vacuum battery recently stopped holding a charge. This would be the 3rd battery replacement in 7 years. My in-laws have a Simplicity vacuum that they really like. When I looked on Simplicity’s website it showed that Strongsville Vacuum was an authorized dealer, so I went there with the intentions of just getting the same one that my in-laws. Arriving I was greeted immediately and helped. They demonstrated all of the stick vacuums for me. They suggested a Riccar which is the same manufacturer as Simplicity but a more premium brand. The Riccar is actually less expensive than the Simplicity but doesn’t have 2 batteries and extra attachments like the Simplicity. I let them know that this is something I would have to discuss with my wife and they did not pressure me at all. They thanked me for coming in and gave me their card. After leaving I discussed it with my wife and we decided to purchase the Riccar. I called them to let them know and they set one aside for me. When I arrived they had everything ready for me. We have had the vacuum for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. Last longer than the previous Dyson and picks up better as well. Just a great experience all around and we could not be happier with our purchase. I would highly recommend checking here before buying your next vacuum.”

“They only have one option for inline water filter replacement o rings / gaskets. Universal kit but only comes with two unspecified gasket sizes! Ridiculous! Funny that they now seem to stock every possible AC contactor, dual run capacitor, universal motor, transformers (everything except a replacement compressor and indoor coil selection! Maybe stock a couple more $1.25 regular everyday maintinence parts before turning into famous supply.”

“Always a great experience shopping at this Home Depot in Avon Ohio. Monday night I got there late, both Russel and Connor were able to point me in the right direction, cut my trim to the size I needed and followed up by helping me load my trailer . I was in and out of the store in record time.”

“I did a crap ton of research on products I required for my new computer system. I thought I was going to end up driving waayyy out to the east side, but, I decided to check out Best Buy first to see if they had everything I needed. THEY DID! And to top things off I had a personal shopper who assisted me in finding everything and he even reminded me of stuff I had completely forgotten about looking for. Needless to say, they were my one-stop-shop so I didn't go to the other place. I got a lot more for a lot less than I had expected I was going to pay. Funny part was I walked in the exact amount of cash I needed for my transaction. What are the odds of that happening?! “Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
