“I have a 2018 Mazda6 that was leaking coolant. Local mechanic pointed out that the car may qualify for extended warranty coverage for a defect motor (head gasket maybe, clearly I am clueless when it comes to these things). I had used Bass before for warranty work so I had the car towed there.
I could not have imagined a more pleasant experience. The service team (Bart and crew) were awesome. They are obviously knowledgeable as Mazda experts. They shined the most with their communication. In other words, they know how to take care of customers.
