“Hicks was recommended to me several months ago by a family friend who spoke very highly of them. I've since taken several cars of mine there several times. These dudes are so good. Their prices are fair and the work is very good. I've never had any issues with the repairs themselves as they have diagnosed and fixed everything properly the first time. And they've legitimately saved me hundreds if not thousands. A few months ago i had a different repair shop tell me the engine was dying on a car that kept stalling several times a day and only fix was complete engine replacement. I brought the car to hicks for a 2nd opinion. They made 1 simple $100 repair and it never stalled again. They have become my go-to repair shop. “I had been searching for a used car for a few months. After seeing one that piqued my interest on their lot and looking at it online, I used the chat feature to ask for more details.The chat response was immediate and excellent. I could tell I was talking to an actual person. After getting my info, I was contacted by Jeffrey who helped set up a time to come for a test drive the same day.When I arrived, I was introduced to Steve who was friendly and helpful. After the test drive, I pointed out an issue with the car and Steve said if I was ready to buy, he can have the car in service first thing in the morning to fix it.We ran the numbers, came to an agreement, and signed everything. True to his word, he had the car in service the next morning and I picked up my car right after lunch. The issue was fixed and the car was brought out to me clean, with a full tank of gas.I would definitely buy from here again and recommend Steve to anyone in the market for a used car.”
