“Big and tall have a hard time finding comfy clothes. I crossed the river to go shopping here. Men's selection is very nice. Material is nice the fits are comfortable. The clothing is a bit more pricey. But like Terry Prachetts Guards series points out sometimes its cheaper in the longrun to bite down and get the more expensive item instead of replacing the cheaper item each year.
Women selection wasn't the prints or colors I'm interested in. Very Farmer wife chique and pastel.”

The prices are a tad higher than I like but I've always liked Athleta products a lot and they last a while. I also appreciate the fact that they usually have tall sizes in leggings. I struggle to find that at Lululemon unless it's online.”

“ordered a gift for Mother’s Day that ended up getting lost in the mail! Emily was super kind after a bit of a rocky start, delayed response time from being a small business, but ended up completely replacing my order, refunding me, and sending a surprise free gift! definitely started the communication process frustrated but it ended up not being her service and she still went out of her way to remedy the situation and make sure I was satisfied.
the longer communications time can be a little frustrating but remember that it’s due to Emily running a super successful small business.

“I went into Buckle looking for clothes for vacation. I was met and greeted by Chantel, who was incredibly polite and helped me select some things to try on. Chantel was informative, helpful, and lovely. I left with some very cute basics and dressy tops as well. I highly recommend shopping at Buckle, and I can't think of a retail store with better customer service! If you go, ask for Chantel- she is amazing. Give that young woman a raise!!”

“Came to the shop looking for a sweater as a gift for a friend. The ladies at the counter greeted me with smiles and were eager to help me find what I was looking for within my budget. I was super impressed with how quickly they found what I was in search of. Superb customer service and beautiful sweater. The recipient loved it.

“Francescas is like by far one of my favorite stores. I love the clothes and accessories. I love all the little trinkets and fun gifts. Such a great shop.
I haven't had a bad experience at any of the shops and I've probably been to most of them in NE Ohio.
The staff, they really go above and beyond. I've had such amazing associates help me. They've always been helpful, they always have conversations with me. I know it's part of their job to talk to the customers, it at least always seems like they genuinely care, so I'll take that as good service. They make me feel like they care, I dont get a lot of adult conversation and a little goes a long way.
Each shop pretty much stocks the same product, some of them are not available in shop, but they are online. So one shop might have this in stock but another one won't get it in at all.
Definitely recommend stopping into one of the Francesca's boutiques, you won't be disappointed!”

“One associate that helped me was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but weren't in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasn't asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!”

“Sometimes really great sneakers (like sneakerhead types) somehow sneak through but you’ll have to hit at the right time and be lucky.
They had a million Nike Blazers, which are pretty run of the mill, but I bought a bunch to customize and sell.
I also found a pair of Men’s 20s. I thought about grabbing a men’s size 20 sock and cuddling up for sleep in the dang shoe. See pics. Who in the mutant-big foot can fit these?!? ?
Otherwise, it’s like Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Kinda disorganized and dirty but with gems to be found if you look carefully, have patience and have a bit of luck.”
