    “Big and tall have a hard time finding comfy clothes. I crossed the river to go shopping here. Men's selection is very nice. Material is nice the fits are comfortable. The clothing is a bit more pricey. But like Terry Prachetts Guards series points out sometimes its cheaper in the longrun to bite down and get the more expensive item instead of replacing the cheaper item each year. Women selection wasn't the prints or colors I'm interested in. Very Farmer wife chique and pastel.”

    “Stopped by for my first time ever today with my bestie who’s been a longtime customer. Dude at the counter was helpful in explaining the CBD oil I was asking about and answering my questions in a clear and understandable way. He also was helpful for my friend who wanted to look for a glass piece, and she purchased the cutest one I think I’ve ever seen. Both our items were reasonably priced and fast and friendly service and the store is attractive and appealing inside. Kinda feels like a Spencer’s but friendlier. Thanks for the help man, I will be coming back!”

Emily was super kind after a bit of a rocky start, delayed response time from being a small business, but ended up completely replacing my order, refunding me, and sending a surprise free gift! definitely started the communication process frustrated but it ended up not being her service and she still went out of her way to remedy the situation and make sure I was satisfied. the longer communications time can be a little frustrating but remember that it’s due to Emily running a super successful small business. PS. my mother loved the shirt and hat :))”

    “Super pleasant staff. Huge selection for such a small store. They run a program where you can sign up for drawings they have a program that you build points you get $5 for every $50 you spend. I got the full and three packs of papers for like 18 bucks. They have really cool little grab bags that range in price from like $20 all the way up to $120 where you don't know what's inside but they're kind of labeled like what they're for but not exactly what's in the bag. This store is really awesome I will definitely be back again”

    “I don’t shop at Nordstrom Rack often, but when I do I have always had an amazing experience. Nada, the sweetest person I have ever met, is always courteous and makes me feel like I’m the best customer. She’s the example of how all cashiers should be. Liz is another great employee. Very patient and helpful. I was in a bad mood and I was being rude to her but she stayed professional and helped me with a smile on her face. She turned my mood around and made my day!”

    “One associate that helped me was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but weren't in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasn't asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!”

    “Came to the shop looking for a sweater as a gift for a friend. The ladies at the counter greeted me with smiles and were eager to help me find what I was looking for within my budget. I was super impressed with how quickly they found what I was in search of. Superb customer service and beautiful sweater. The recipient loved it. Plus, I came in just an hour before close. Whereas some shops would ignore you or be annoyed that you’re there late, they had no such attitude (unlike competing stores on the same block ?). Thanks J Crew Crocker Park!”

    “Francescas is like by far one of my favorite stores. I love the clothes and accessories. I love all the little trinkets and fun gifts. Such a great shop. I haven't had a bad experience at any of the shops and I've probably been to most of them in NE Ohio. The staff, they really go above and beyond. I've had such amazing associates help me. They've always been helpful, they always have conversations with me. I know it's part of their job to talk to the customers, it at least always seems like they genuinely care, so I'll take that as good service. They make me feel like they care, I dont get a lot of adult conversation and a little goes a long way. Each shop pretty much stocks the same product, some of them are not available in shop, but they are online. So one shop might have this in stock but another one won't get it in at all. Definitely recommend stopping into one of the Francesca's boutiques, you won't be disappointed!”

    “Every time I shop here the I am greeted when I come in the door. All the employees are all super nice and friendly. The store is well organized and clean. I find great stuff at reasonable prices. The only problem that this store has is the rude customers. I was standing in line to purchase my items, there was some lady yelling at one of the workers over their return policy. They don't make the rules, for you to try and belittle someone to get your way is horrendous. I'm sure that this is not the only time that this has happened to the employees either. To the management and staff, I applaud you for having to deal with such an entitled customer base!!!!”
