“Mitchel and the boys are AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars I would. The vibes are elite. So friendly, so prompt, no aggressive sales tactics. And the techs work fast and efficiently without coming off as rushed or overwhelmed.
If I owned discount tires I would suggest having Mitchel and the boys train all the other stores.
Also, GET THE COVERAGE CERTIFICATE. I don’t buy coverage on anything cuz it seems there is always some way that things aren’t covered when buying any kind of insurance BUT I have used my coverage twice. No hassle, No BS. They just replaced the damaged tire for free. They are the best.”

“Fantastic guys! I stopped in today to get my heater looked at. I thought that I had made an appointment for this location but apparently I messed up. They were able to take a look at it and found a plugged up AC vent that was causing all the problems. They didn't charge me a dime and didn't have a problem with doing a diagnostic without an appointment.”
