“I’ve had several wonderful experiences at Ray’s now. I recently got an oil change and it was quick and painless and a great price. As a woman, some autoshops can be very intimidating, but I have always felt well taken care of and respected when going to Ray’s, they have my business for all auto needs.”

“The electrical system on our Toyota Camry started acting up and the car wouldn’t start. I called Casey at Automotive Specialty Services. He recognized right away that the car needed a new battery. He was kind enough to send Brian to our house to replace the battery while the car was in the garage. It saved us a towing expense. I very much appreciate their customer service.”

“Apparently, four months ago, I was not in the right mental place for this place and I put a one star there was absolutely nothing wrong with their Service I had gone to a different place with a similar name and there was a lot of problems with them when I went to these people everything was fine. I actually just went back and got new tires. Unfortunately I had not got insurance on my one tire so I had to buy a new tire on top of the two that I already needed the sadness palatable. The only thing that I disliked is that they just put the tires on and they didn’t like make sure all four tires were the same pressure. I don’t know if they assumed or what but they didn’t make sure all four tires. I know they only worked on three, but I think that they should always check all four tires for same air pressure. No, I’m not going back today to fix that, but I think it should be common practice to double check that all four tires are at the same air pressure”

“Super nice, professional people. Make you feel comfortable at times when you're kind of stressed. Took on a job (temporary patch the needed to be replaced with permanent repair) when another company didn't want to be bothered with it. Will always drive further to go here!”

“Great place to buy tires. I called around for prices for 2 new tires for my car. Unfortunately, the sale prices are for 4 tires not two. I couldn't believe the difference in prices. One place quoted over a hundred dollars more then Costco.I ordered them online then had them sent to the Avon store. When they came in I received an email and scheduled my appointment online too.On the day of my appointment the employees were very helpful and explained everything to me clearly. They noticed I had 3 bad tire sensors and explained how to replace them. I also had a nail in one of my tires and they fixed it for free. Very happy with my visit.”
