That all changed when she called The Boot Life and spoke with Ariel! Not only was the place gorgeous and well stocked, but Ariel sat on the floor to help my teen find the exact style, fit and size she needed! The personal attention alone was worth the drive from out of town, and I’m thrilled to say we left with boots! Many thanks and blessings to Ariel and team!❤️”

“Absolutely adore this store and staff, they always do such a great job in helping and welcoming guests into the store. I came in around 6 which as an hour before close and they treated me no different (some stores will be a bit rude which i understand but also appreciate when I am helped with no dirty looks haha) and had to do an exchange, return, and was looking for a shirt i bought in Polaris’ location, and the staff were amazing in helping. Rachel was the associate who primarily helped me; she displayed great expertise and ensured that things were made right on my returns and exchanges which i greatly appreciate, she was also very kind and professional! All the other staff were great but I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to help me and was so kind when doing so! I love this store and it’s awesome selection of stuff you won’t find at many stores! ”
“Quality clothing that is designed for plus size. You know how you see a cute shirt/pants and they have it your size, but then the fit tells you it wasn't designed for your size? Torrid carries items for the not so small with comfortable blouses/shoes etc.to accommodate those of us that don't wear single digit sizes.”

“I went here to lighten my hair, my hair was in horrible shape but they STILL made it happen, the stylist somehow was able to lift my dark brown hair to blonde with no damage or any hair falling out at all, she cut it too & used good shampoo on it! And then she finished it up by curling it too for free ! I was nervous to do this because I’ve done the same thing somewhere else and half of my hair fell out and looked like ramen noodles . “Really fun store to walk around seeing what nifty things you can buy at bargain prices. Only reason it's getting a 4 is because like most retail places they do seem a bit stubborn about opening more registers. Plus the absolute insane level of restraint you have to use to even get to the register. The amount of stuff that they throw in your face for you to buy on an impulse is an endurance test.”

“My boyfriend and I showed up here at 6:00 we drove 45 minutes to get here from where we live, once we showed up there was a sign on the door saying that there were no longer accepting clothes, my boyfriend went inside and talked to a very sweet girl named Sam and she accepted our items even though they were no longer taking any. She was so sweet and so so helpful!!! We all talked and laughed and had such a great time we were here way past close, We ended up leaving with over $200 which helped us so much you couldn't even imagine! I would absolutely recommend this Plato's Closet above all of the other ones that I've been to!
