“Where to start. I brought in my husband's old boot to see if they had it. I googled and saw they carried Rocky boots. She looked at his very dirty well worked in boots to find the code. Even grabbed a 2nd employee to help out. He was also so awesome but not sure if his name. Turns out...The boot was discontinued. I was sad and went home. I told my husband I tried to surprise him with new boots but they discontinued the kind he had. Which was a win because husband actually didn't even beed those boots as they were his winter boots. Lol He loved that I tried though. He told me he really wanted a specific pair of Danner boots but wanted to try them on. Well ..I looked and they had a pair there and went back and bought them! Asked for Savanna but she had left. I had another very friendly worker who jumped to help me find the new boot I was looking for! Score! I then also found out they offer a 10% discount to healthcare workers! Saved $26 bucks! Long story short. I could have bought the boots he wanted online. I decided to drive back because of the service I received. I'm not a country girl. I myself wouldn't need anything in this store but the service they provided.... Amazing! Very rare these days! Enough to make me write a review! Thank you Boot barn for making a very hard purchase easy for a city girl. Lol”

“The store was clean and well-stocked. Staff was friendly and informative and the only reason I gave it a four star was because of the price. Maybe it's the tariffs but I do know if they can make luxury handbags and sell them for thousands of dollars and only have paid $50 or so dollars to manufacture it then certainly these clothing retailers could probably come down on theirs.”
