“I would like to amend my review of this dealership. I had an unpleasant expierance a couple years ago and Rick the service manager immediately responded. This man not only rectified the problem but went above and beyond. It took almost two years for me to return and use the credit he willingly gave immediately along with his sincere apologies. When my husband went to the dealership to get the brake pads he also was going to get a part to fix an issue we have had for many years. A rattling notice that we have spent almost $2,000 in unneaded repairs to fix and was still there. My car has been serviced at the dealerships several times with no remedy which is why my husband was doing it himself this time. When he explained to Rick what the noise was Rick immediately recommended a part that not only was cheaper but was the true fix. My car is back to being quiet and fixed finally. Rick your kindness, knowledge, and heart that was willing to help is a blessing from God. Thank you so much for all your help have done you will truly never know how much this means to us. We will pray for you and your family and may God bless you for helping us.”
“They did an amazing job, got my truck in quick, got it fixed quick, and the price was great! The pictures don't do his work justice bc I've been driving and there's a bunch of dirt and salt on the pipe now. But take your vehicle there! Very easy experience, I can't say enough good things. If/when I need more work done, they are the first in calling, without question”
“Let me say the guys at Beers were awesome to work with. We found a car for my son local to them at a dealership and being out of state we wanted to have a PPI done to verify everything before making any commitment. After calling them up and explaining what we needed Jeff and Jim were extremely helpful. They worked with me to fit the PPI into a tight window. After the getting the report back (very detailed) and making the 8hr trip out there to see the car everything was as described and spot on with their inspection. I cant thank you guys enough. My son is beyond excited about his new car and we appreciate you guys helping to make that happen for him. Thanks Again!!”

Never have I been disappointed in any area, Sales, Financing, or Service. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle - new or used. When I visit the dealership, I find everyone to be friendly and helpful. Although I work with the Sales Manager, Tim Howell and a Salesperson, George Salazar, other sales staff always say hello and engage in conversation. In the Service Department, I often work with Matt Cleland or Steve Cebull, but the Service Manager, Rick Beatty, always makes sure I am satisfied with the performed service. For many years, I worked with Brian Culp in finance and occasionally, Matt DeWeese. Since Brian has retired, Matt has been doing a great job! If I could give more stars to the Sharpnack dealership, I would!”

“I've been using Mr. Stratton and his son for over 10 years. Over the years they have installed two shift kits for me on classic cars, rebuilt three manual transmissions, rebuilt two automatic transmissions, replaced the clutch assembly in two all wheel drive BMWs and two Subarus, and have fixed the four-wheel drive components on two of my pickup trucks. They also rebuilt the transfer case in an all-wheel drive Cadillac for me and installed a winch on my pickup truck. They are a fantastic company and a great family who puts integrity first. “I'd driven from Bucyrus to Shiloh to do work. While I was there, two tires on my truck went flat. A friend at the job site pointed me here.
The dude on duty, Brian, was working on an engine, then he had to do an oil change. He told me at 3 he'd work me in at 4. I got in a good conversation with the fellow waiting for the oil change and time flew by.
At 4 PM Brian asked for my key.
His dad came in around that time and I had a good talk with him. Dad rang me out at $10 per patched tire, so $20 plus tax, and I was on my way back home.
These guys are fast, friendly, efficient, and they do good work at an affordable price.
