“Let me tell ya about the first class treatment I received from Sidney Tire. I’m 200 miles plus from home in Kentucky, in a bind. My son’s wheel got damaged at midnight, he barely makes it to the Hampton Inn. I get him and his wife (plus 4 small grandchildren). Drive back for the second time (next day) and Jeff personally fixes a badly damaged wheel, resealed the tire and not once tried to sell me a new wheel or tire. It was my first time in Sidney Ohio, but if I ever go back I’m taking Jeff out for wings. His staff was also friendly as could be..I start to pay and he says don’t worry about it, glad to help. Seriously, when someone treats a stranger as he did, it makes you wanna pass it on. Scott from Kentucky is a big fan of Sidney Tire..”

I especially was impressed with being shown what was done visually and everything pointed out. And that the issue was fixed. The shop manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time needed from the time it's brought to the shop til the time to take it. Communication was never a issue. “I was hauling a trailer for work. I was on a time-sensitive job And the truck broke down just outside of Sidney. I was able to get it there. I told them the problem, they told me to drop the trailer and I no sooner had the trailer dropped and and they were already driving the truck into the shop. I only had to wait because they didn’t have the part in stock, but they got them there as soon as they could.
While I waited, the girl at the counter (whose name I don’t recall) kept me updated on the status of the job and treated me better than most servers do at restaurants. Even offering to have someone who works there take me to get something to eat for lunch.
I can’t thank the staff enough for taking care of me and treating me so graciously and working so quickly to get me back on the road. You hear so much negative about auto shops…this location goes above and beyond.”

“Overall great experience. The vehicle was priced very fairly, practically a steal in this economy. Dwane is a great salesman that took care of us through the entire process. He even held the Maverick we purchased for several days so we could make the road trip to get it. Bob in financing is very personable and has a good sense of humor. They had us in an out of the dealer within an hour, including the test drive and filling out all the paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and would strongly consider making the road trip again for a future vehicle.”

“I broke down just south of Anna, OH. My Crown Vic was making a very loud popping sound from the top of the engine. I got my car towed to Chris Cook's. We were 2 hours away from home and stranded. As soon as my car rolled off the rollback, he was out looking at it. We got there at 3:45 and they had me back on the road by 5:00 PM! Turns out my car had ejected a spark plug out the top of the engine. Quick diagnosis and solid fix! He drilled out the block and added a threaded insert, installed a new spark plug, and a new coil pack. The vic runs as good as ever and they even changed my rear diff fluid while i waited!

Had vibration at highway speeds that made me believe something serious was wrong with my vehicle, turns out it was just worn down tires and an alignment needed done. My vehicle rides smooth now with my new tires. Was given several options for tires with various prices from low to high. Car was ready for pick up in just a couple hours.”
“Was definitely in a weird spot where my wife's car broke down while she was driving it. Called for a tow back to my house and Mantor did a great job. While dropping the car off in front of my house, the driver pointed out the cv axle broke. Was a big help!!”
