He will go out of his way to explain everything in a way you can understand, and help you find the perfect piece of furniture that fits exactly what you are looking for. Everyone there treats you like a person (treat you with respect) , not just a stranger that they can make a buck on. This place is by FAR the BEST furniture store around.
