comfortable and friendly staff BUT THERE ARE BED BUGS AND ROACHES
Got bit a few times and saw the bed bugs with my own eyes. Baby roaches which means there's a bunch hiding. I can't recommend staying here unless they do pest control on the entire building.

Roaches, roaches, roaches. Somehow that wasn't the worst part of my experience. The general manager, Teresa, openly mocked guests trying to enjoy their breakfast while I was attempting to check in. There was a 100 incident fee. Teresa lied and said I would receive it two business days later. Then after refunding the 100 laughed and told me it would be at least a week before it came back into my account.

This hotel is very run down and looks like it has not been very well maintained at all. When we arrived for our check-in the front desk clerk was sitting outside smoking. As soon as we pulled up under the portico, she took a few more puffs and then went into the office to check us in. The young lady was pleasant enough. The rates were reasonable, but if Quality Inn and Suites would charge a little bit more, the owner could invest some of that revenue in updating this hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows need to be replaced. The towels were threadbare and the entire bathroom needs to be renovated.

Hate leaving negative reviews, but the rooms are SLIMY dirty ! It appears that there’s absolutely no effort on the part of management. Just no excuse for thick dust, slimy counters, mirror and a microwave that wasn’t even wiped down ??
Specifically asked for a non pet room as i have allergies but waking into my room I was immediately hit with the distinct smell of dog urine 😞
To top it off you can smell the old dried urine near the toilet. It’s just like come on man, You can do better …

Was awful. Bugs, was dirty, my girl said never ever again. Pool was closed. Bathroom was disgusting 😭

For $60 there's nothing really to complain about. Older hotel, comfortable beds, hot shower, cold a/c. Could things be improved absolutely, but for 60 bucks a night I'll definitely stay again. Was here for a week July 25.

They took my deposit and after the 3rd phone call to get it returned after 9 days I got hung up on. Called back and got told I won't get my money and they would call the police and hung up on me again! Save your selves and stay somewhere else!!

The room was clean and it smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water (you could make coffee with the hot water out of the tap!) BUT DON'T FORGET ANYTHING. We accidetally left two Harley-Davidson hoodies and a denim shirt in the wardrobe closet and didn't realize it until we were two hours down the road on our way home. It was about 11:00 (check out time) when we called back asking the person that answered to get them and send them to our address. Son of a gun, what do you know, they couldn't find them. Two hoodies and a shirt disappeared before anyone else could have rented that room. Somebody decide they wanted them for themselves. Two more calls the following week and still nothing. I guess you can't trust anybody anymore and that's a shame because we really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly, personable receptionist...no bed bugs...that was the positive. A little dated. Difference in opinion on what a Queen size bed is. They were full's...I checked the tags...you know, while checking for bed bugs. No water in shower even though it was leaking. Later instructed to pull harder...but not too hard. I struggled to finally get it to work.. However, never got hot.. luke warm at best. There was No ice...they are waiting on parts. No running water in lobby where breakfast is served. Stick to waffles...just don't get any batter on you. No juices but there was milk in fridge but personally not feeling that adventurous. No fresh fruit. Apples were rotten and set out every morning there. After seeing pool...green and slimy with no activity by anyone...did not seek out any other amenities that may have been offered. If not for the manners of the receptionist, would have left running.

The first room we was given had no ac . So we was given a second room that had no ac but this room also had no tv remote . But after being there an hour we found 3 roaches in the room. After removing the sheets we found food and an old cell phone under the mattress. Also was charged 100 dollars damage fee that still not been removed . Was told we would be given a refund by the girl at the front desk and. Given a phone number to call . But it’s been 4 days talk to 2 people that says she not there . While we was there only the girl at the desk was working the other three was outside smoking and the door going to the rooms you could open with out a key card.

We had a group stay here. 5 rooms in total for two nights. Every single person that paid a deposit has been charged again 5 days later. We have all called and have been told... 1st the person that handles that will be in between 6 & 2 tomorrow or the next day, 2nd they told us that the GM won't be in until the middle of the week and no one else could do anything. My next move will be to dispute the charge and call corporate. Absolutely ridiculous when it happens to every single person in our party.

We got our room and there were roaches all over they acted surprised even tho there was a roach trap in the room the moved us rooms and that one also had roaches all over and the floor was nasty and the trash was still full.

Every time we come here there's a problem with the locks. Some of the doors open without a key. The cereal for the breakfast is stale and left out, overnight. The pool is always closed and the fitness center does not have any sanitation. The water cooler was broken, as well as the treadmill. The place is dark, filthy, and poorly maintained.

The front desk associate was ok but not very helpful as to letting us know where our room was or what room number were had. The area seemed a little sketchy but not the worst i’ve seen. The room was not the greatest. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Beds were hard as a rock. Had a musty smell to it as well. It was ok to take a quick nap in and go. As long as you don’t need to be there long. My card was charged regular room rates which was cheap and one of those things-you get what you pay for scenarios. There was also a $100 incidentals charge which falls off after check out. These charges have not fallen off our card as of yet. It has been 8 days since we stayed a single night there. We have called 3 times now and we are just being told it was refunded. According to what they emailed us, it was refunded on the 14th and here it is the 21st and it has completely cleared our account and not being refunded as of yet. When we call and ask for a manager we get told the day’s worker is the manager and they refuse to let us speak to anyone else. Today my husband was told the next higher up person is the owner but we are unable to speak to them. He was told that someone would call him but has yet to happen. So i guess a little nasty room that was suppose to be $72 a night ended up being $172 for the night. And we stayed at Mariot and hilton hotels doing our adventures as well and they were 5* hotels that cost less than this place. They will rip you off and tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you off their backs. Don’t stay here!!

There is so much wrong with this place, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
The service ranges from clueless/under trained to needlessly rude. A real nightmare to deal with when all you want to do is get a room and rest.
They also keep fire doors completely locked so you could not get out during a fire.
Unsafe, unclean and underwhelming.
I will never stay there again.
