Today, the man behind the counter, Rahman (not sure if I spelled that right), went out of his way to help me out of a jam. I really appreciated it.”
“My experience with Avis/Budget in Solon was very positive. This is the third time renting here in the past two months and they have taken great care of me three times in a row. My cars have all been full of gas and very clean. I needed to extend my rental agreement by one day this last time and Tamika the manager called me back and said I might as well keep the car for 2 days instead of 1 as the price would be exactly the same. I would call this excellent customer service.”
