I have been to this one many a times - and the experience is hit-or-miss. There is one fairly elderly man working there who is not only unhelpful, but also makes derogatory comments when someone asks for help.

At the end of the day, FedEx is FedEx. Though the employee working needs trained on customer service... I asked for a receipt for my drop-off and they pointed me to the self service counter, offered no instruction and went right back to looking at their cell phone

Bryce from the Solon shop went above and beyond to help me out earlier this week. I had some trouble with file formatting for my print, but he was extremely patient, kind, and took care of business in a very professional way.
