“Went to this store for pre TSA check. The person doing the pre check was extremely friendly and helpful. The store itself was very clean and organized. Actually never knew it was there. If I need and office supplies, I know where to go”

“The cartridge did not fit. I took it back to the store. I told the Tech Manager, Chris, that the store didn't carry the number of my cartridge, and the one sold to me didn't fit. Well, guess what? Turns out I didn't know that the toner cartridge had to be taken out of the old unit holder, and the new cartridge put in. Chris listened to me, looked over the cartridges, explained to me the numbers, and showed me how to remove the old one, and insert the new one. Amazing. Chris was wonderful. Thank you for making my "return" an easy fix.”

“Nothing but the best, quickest service here. I feel like anyone that disagrees or has a lesser experience has a hard time functioning in society anyways, haha. I walk in with my packages, and am usually out the door in seconds. Amazon returns and shipping of boxes. Excellent on my end.”

“After recently moving to Ohio I was thrilled to find this Fed Ex. The staff, especially Derrick has been amazingly in helping me work on several projects. Derrick has always been knowledgeable, helpful , and attentive to detail. I also greatly appreciate his attitude and his willingness to work with me to make sure everything turns out perfect. Thank you so very much!”
