People can use overcooked chicken breast which is too chewy, not melting in your mouth.The chicken salad I got from the deli counter early Friday morning at Tibor's (Green Road) was moist and delicate. It tasted great on fresh, lightly toasted, pita.Best chicken salad I've had in ages.”
