All other employees in the bank sit around doing nothing but refuse to work with customers who walk in unless they have an appointment

Went to this PNC branch to get cash on 2/8/24. Cashier didn't ask if I wanted an envelope and didn't count out the bills before handing me the $200. Sloppy, lazy or both.
