“I have no issue with the personnel, it’s the logistics of the bank building. As soon as you enter the door, you don’t know where to stand. There is no area to “ walk in”. No line, no rope, looking right at tellers but not sure where to approach or wait. Seems they just remodeled or at least painted, but no improvement to the entrance.”
“The low star reviews worried me but after banking with Ohio Savings Bank after a couple of years, I never saw an issue. The people here are very friendly and kind. Will recommend and I've banked with a lot of different banks.”
“I do my business banking here. This is the best customer service - and the friendliest - I have ever received at a bank. I am making a deposit at 3 minutes till close and they’re just as amazing and professional as ever. I will continue to do all of my business through here and I will also consider moving my personal accounts because I am that happy with the customer service.”

“I had to handle a private matter for my adult son at Solon Citizens.
I do not remember the lady’s name that helped me on 12/4 (late morning).
It looked like a lot going on with possible two newer staff members that she was helping, customers at the drive through, and in line. Quiet chaos.
She seemed as if she was the most experienced and had much on her plate at the moment. She displayed patience with me and was very helpful despite all of the situations going on around her. Once she was able to figure out the appropriate steps I/we needed to take I was referred to the banker Jason H.
I appreciated all of the insight and help with my personal matter. It took some time to sort everything out but with their help I was able to accomplish what I came to the bank for. I appreciate your kindness and patience Jason and the boss lady bank teller :)! Thank you!”
