“I met with Janice Christian first thing Saturday morning the 25th of April, 2026. I had submitted my documents prior to going for the expedient process and it was every bit of expedient! She was fantastic, she called a couple times before me getting there to confirm some details. By the time I got there, there wasn't much left to do. “Honest, trustworthy, straightforward car buying process. I bought a car from here out-of-state (PA). I had found it online and it looked like it could be the perfect vehicle. Initially, I was a little skeptical of a small used car dealer, but once I met Joe and saw the vehicle I knew this was a better option than most large scale dealerships. He is straightforward, honest, and seems to value integrity and quality service over making a quick buck.
When I went to see the vehicle, he was able to provide me with the physical paper receipts from the Audi Service Center and other shops where the car had work done, as well as a Carfax and vehicle history. This alone put the vehicle well above others I had been looking at, and left me confident I was buying a quality used car. The price was very fair, and there are no ridiculous fees or any underhanded tactics, what you see is what you get! The price of the vehicle was fair, and it was a nice bonus that brand new tires had been put on in preparation for the sale.
When we discovered a climate control switch was missing (which was in the original listing photos and mystified both of us) from what we both assumed was a previous test-driver stealing the switch, he immediately ensured that the switch would be replaced if I intended to purchase. He also had the car detailed before I had purchased it, which was above and beyond! It was something I was planning on doing anyways and now don't have to worry about. It was made apparent to me on multiple counts that he truly cares about providing a quality car buying experience.

“I contacted Arthur about a 2015 VW Eos I saw on the company's website and made an appointment that day for my husband and I to stop by to take a look at it. Arthur took us on a test drive and made sure to point out all the features of the car, including the retractable hardtop and sun roof functionality. I made up my mind on the spot that it was definitely the car for me. It is a beautiful car and is in great condition with low mileage. I couldn't be happier with how nice the car rides and the great mechanical condition. I've already spent a number of hours cruising with the top down. I've even received a number of compliments from other drivers when I've been at traffic lights. I am very happy I purchased the car from Elite Cars Ohio. Arthur has a tremendous selection of cars and all are in beautiful shape with low mileage. His customer service is beyond par as compared to the larger auto dealerships.
