This is a Corporate store, this is where I take all my business to...My phone was working but the display was black and I took it there and in less than two minutes the guy had it working againHe was totally honest and saved me from buying a $600 phone I didn't needGuess where I'm going back for a new phone when I need it? Yes indeed right here!This place is senior friendly and very respectful as well as good business and sales personnel that are well trainedTEN STARS!!!

Just bought 2 smart phones and had a fantastic experience with Chuck. He was personable, knowlegeable and spent nearly and hr. and a half setting up, explaining and showing me how to use my 1st smart phone. A great shopping experience and when I need anything I'll return to this store. Thanks for the help!

The other 1-star reviews are accurate. This is one of the worst Verizon stores in NE Ohio.I bought a brand new Samsung flagship phone from this store and I opened it the moment I got home to find the back glass panel of the phone shattered right out of the box. I immediately went back to the store and was told to pound rocks. I was forced to pay the insurance deductible to get a refurbished replacement.I immediately paid off the phone and went over to AT&T. I will never patronize Verizon ever again.P.s. Mr. "Verizon (Owner)" don't bother with your cut and paste responses, clearly nothing changes from feedback.

I just bought 2 new phones(around $3000) my wife is going to another country for a month I was told to come back into the store to get the 1 month international wifi. So I did. I sat for an hour to be told they can't help me and gave me a number to call. Why wasn't I told this when I first came in? I never leave any comments good or bad but this time I'm to ANGRY not to. This is unacceptable after buying our last 10+ years of phones there I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience.We went in to upgrade 2 phones and told Mason about how we wanted to get the iphone 14. We knew which models we wanted and everything. Mason said that we should wait because of the iphone 15 is coming out in a month. We told him that we do not care about the iphone 15 because it's going to be similar to the iphone 14. He then said that we would only get $400 per phone in trade in value. Our phones are perfect. No scratches, cracks or dents. He then said that if we waited we would get $1000 per phone in trade in value if we waited for the 15 to come out. How does he know that? He also said that our bill would go up drastically if we got new phones. He was in a bad mood the whole he was "helping" us. We ultimately left and went to another Verizon store to get their opinion.At the other Verizon store, we got $800 per phone in trade in value and our bill only increased $20. Never going to this Verizon store again!

"I have been to about 5 different verizon stores in the area, and this one is consistently the worst. First time in I waited nearly an hour despite there only being a couple customers in the store. When I did finally get a phone it didn't work. When I got it replaced, they put the screen protector on and it had a massive bubble that made it not stay on. And eventually when I went back for a replacement for that device, they would not work with me because I wasn't the primary user on the account. I have been able to everywhere else by having them contact the primary user and say it's ok for me to work on our account, but that is apparently not allowed in this store."It is easier for me to drive another 40 minutes to another retailer, than to deal with this particiular location. I've never had as many issues as this one, even though the long wait time is relatively consistent.

I was in desperate need of a new phone and I received excellent customer service from Matrice (hopefully spelled her name correctly) She was patient, knowledgeable and when I left the store, my new phone was good to go!

Had a bad experience in Decemer. Had to go back a few weeks ago and I was extremely impressed! The manager there truly cares about the customer. He is doing it right!

Waited 45 minutes and still didn't get waited on. I left and went online to Amazon and ordered. Ridiculous wait times.
