“Great experience from start to finish at Mattress Showcase in Willowick! Jessica made us feel welcome and invited us to test any and every mattress we wanted to try! There were many to choose from, and she didn't rush us! She gave us a lot of detailed info about each mattress we liked, and answered all our questions. Though it was later in the afternoon when we shopped, she arranged for our delivery the very next day! The two gentlemen who delivered our mattress and springs were great! They arrived exactly in the time frame we were given. They were so competent and fast despite the fact that the rooms in our home are small, and getting large items in and out is no easy task! They were kind and gracious too. We were very satisfied with our entire experience. Prices were reasonable for good quality mattresses. We got a Spring Air and love it!”

“The best shopping experience. Shopping for high ticket items is stressful, shopping for a mattress is no exception and in addition it's pretty awkward. Striking a balance as a salesperson as informative but no pushy, welcoming but genuine - that's all really tricky. Cassidy and the environment of this store did all of these to the highest standard. Cassidy's training and expertise allowed them to create a space where we could ask questions but not be pushed. The overall environment Casper has designed allows you to try the mattresses in the least awkward way possible. I didn't know it was possible but somehow Casper and Cassidy made the dreaded thing on our to-do list enjoyable. Thank you!”

“Just got my furniture delivered by Aisha and Curtis, they are two of the most professional and polite individuals I have ever met in Cleveland. Not only did I get a pretty good deal on a king size mattress with the platform but I also got a five drawer chest . they were on time with the delivery and they also assisted me and bringing the furniture up to my unit. Aisha want above and beyond and came back to my unit to help me with the installation of the knobs.”
