They do an amazing job with small dog hair cuts, somehow even the summer cut doesn’t look too short -just polished and shaped.
The selection of doggie cookies is also adorable. Love this place!”

“Rainy Days is a wonderful local fish store. The owners are knowledgeable helpful and exceedingly patient. They willingly answer all of my questions, even those that I think at some point seem stupid.
They have a terrific selection of fish that seem to be very reasonably priced. I have shopped there repeatedly, since everything they sell is high quality.
I also love the fact that they are personally involved and it is not a chain They explained to me that the fish come come in and are appropriately quarantined so that we do not wind up with any diseased fish that could crash our tank. I will continue to shop there whenever I need fish plants or supplies.”

“For about half (soon to be 1/4 because of price) of the time I purchase my cat food here. I find most of these cans/bags cheaper in other stores. I purchase Sheeba wet cat food, Redford Naturals (Pet Supplies Plus's brand)wet and dry foods, Fancy Feast canned, and Purina ProPlan Hairball Formulas all here at Pet Supplies Plus. They are often OUT of the 3.5lb bags of the ProPlan Hairball Formulas. Recently I wanted to try Royal Canin Hairball formula. For a 6lb bag it was $46.98. They didn't have the 3 lb bag (found and ordered the 3lb bag in Amazon for $28.99.) While I was in the store, I got out my phone and looked up if anyone else close to me had Royal Canin Hairball Formulas. Tractor Supply for $42.99. A big difference of $3.99 between 2 stores about 1.5 miles apart. Also priced at $42.99 down the street at Petco. At Pet Supplies Plus their staff is ALWAYS HELPFUL.... But their prices are a bit too high. But they are in a very convenient location. So that it what a customer must weigh out in their minds convenience or price.”
“I love this store! I've only had a problem once years ago. I just met Angela today for the first time. She is so delightful and so very helpful. I also think Georgina. I don't know if I'm saying her name right. But I have dealt with her. Even before this location. She worked at the one on Turney across from Ace Hardware! These are 2 extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant ladies!! Also I've never seen the store so clean and stocked!! They need a raise!!!”

“What a great place! I’ve been here multiple times though out the year, I got a different variety in fish. A green terror, Pike chiclid, and two beautiful Butterfly Koi that I recently got. The employees are very helpful and kind and genuinely know what they are talking about. The Butterfly Koi are very hardy and survived the 30 minute ride home and I successfully acclimated and released them. They were free to answer any questions with out hesitation and would always ask if I was finding everything alright, they always greet us and wish us a good day when we leave too. You guys not only have high quality fish but very nice and friendly employees. Thank you.”

“Lache did one of the best grooming jobs on my Bernedoodle that he has EVER had. She had a lot of knowledge, patience and explained exactly what type of cut she would be giving him, even called to keep me updated. She didn’t just shave him. She actually took the time to give him the cut that I asked for. She deserves 10 stars”
“This place is a five-star experience! The employees are incredibly friendly and always make sure to give my dog, Piper, lots of love and treats whenever we visit. They have a wide variety of treats, toys, and accessories, and the self-wash feature is a huge plus. Whenever Piper needs a bath, we stop by this place. The prices are reasonable, and it’s great that it’s locally owned. Highly recommended doing your pet shopping here.”
“Pet Supplies Plus is a franchise, but I've been to five or six across multiple states, and whomever set the guidelines for hiring employees did a *great* job! They are always smiling, friendly, very helpful, and overall nice -- AND best part, many have extra coupons for discounts and will offer them to you if you don't have any! Just politely ask.
As far as pet supplies go, this is a great place with decent prices. They have all kinds of pet food, supplies, and toys, etc. About the only pets they don't have supplies for are *saltwater* fish. Otherwise, the cover just about every kind!”
“Went in to buy a dog crate and was assisted by the store manager, Rubal. He was amazing and very knowledgeable , helping us purchase exactly what we needed. The dog trainer, Ryan, also came up and greeted us and chatted for a few minutes, also petting our 5.5 mo th old puppy. This “human connection “ is highly unusual inna big box store, and we were very grateful for the information assistance received.”
“Whenever my husband and I go here it is clean and the employees are nice. The groomers are great to talk to that have knowledge about grooming poodles. My spoo likes being able to see the cats that they have up for adoption. He's very cat friendly and misses when we had a kitty friend for him.”

I had to pick up prescription cat food for my Ragdoll who has stage one kidney disease. The sales people are very nice and very helpful”
