“Made my selection online only to arrive and find my storage unit was already in use. They are horrible after hours to reach and the online specialist can't do anything until they speak with management. Once this was addressed the next day all was promptly corrected. Meanwhile my over charge for keeping my truck was refunded and yesterday they credited my storage free for my inconvenience. I appreciate this greatly.”
“The guys are usually pretty quick they do a good job. Their boss told them if he catches them throwing snowball they're fired good luck trying to find someone to replace them nobody wants to work you're lucky to have the guys working for you now but do be nice to them give them a pizza party and say thanks for showing up fellas yeah”
“Mike Churney and his team are awesome. They go above and beyond for their customers. Mike got my box truck repaired after an accident, and after another shop refused to help me, and charged me storage fees. Mike stayed in communication and gave advice every step of the way based on his 40 years of expertise. He even picked me up free of charge from the airport when I flew in from Texas. Mike really takes care of his customers. It's a shame my company is in Texas and they are in Ohio, otherwise I'd bring all my business to them. Thanks again guys!! The drive back to Texas was as smooth as butter!”

“Rented a 16 foot truck to move my Mom's stuff from Boca Raton to Beachwood. The one way rental was picked up at Del Rey Beach and returned at the Penske Truck Rental at the Home Depot located at the Home Depot on Wilson Mills Road. Did the initial price quote online at the Penske website. A follow up phone call from Penske offered additional discounts on the rental which resulted in significant savings; I would strongly recommend asking them what discounts are available, the phone representative was very helpful. The pickup went smoothly the truck was gassed up and ready to go, although we did have to ask for the moving blankets that we had booked, they did not have the hand truck that we had also booked. Loading the truck went smoothly, the 16 footer was plenty of room for what we needed, the ramp helps tremendously with the loading and unloading. On the road the truck was just fine, just have to be careful with the larger dimensions. Truck operates well at highway speeds, although there is a speed limiter at 75 mph. We got somewhere about 12 mpg. The cab of the truck is reasonably comfortable with a couple of power outlets. There is a USB port which powered the phone; but it didn't allow for music to be played until the second day on the road. The return at the Home Depot on Wilson Mills took a little longer then I would have liked since no one told me take a photo of the dashboard with the mileage and gas being filled. Overall this move went better then expected, price was reasonable, the truck is good to drive and comfortable for 2 people.”
“Just wanted to drop a quick note how excellent the service was at this UHaul location. Well worth your time to start here. Office building was spotless, owner super laid back and helpful, and this may sound like a small thing…but it’s a big thing to me. It was a chilly morning when I picked the 15 ft cube van up and while I did paperwork, the owner got the truck, pulled it right up to the entrance and left it running with the heat on so it would be toasty when I departed. Awesome! Appreciate the folks here and top level, thoughtful service…”

“My review is for UBOX, and UBOX only. I lived in a three bedroom single home, living room, one bathroom, kitchen, and an unfinished basement. When you want to reserve a UBOX, on U-Haul website they ask you if you have average or more than average when you’re picking a UBOX. My main concern was my California king mattress, and I was wondering if it would fit inside, and I finally answered my own question. The answer is yes! Actually I was able to fit two queen size mattresses, and one California king mattress. I will say this, if you have several beds, like more than three, you should get a Ubox specifically just for all your mattresses, boxsprings, and any other items that goes with your beds. I end up getting four UBOXES. I will consider myself having more than the average person. The only appliances that I didn’t have, was a full size refrigerator, and a stove, but I do have a lot of workout equipment similar to what you would use at a gym. I would recommend five UBOXES if you have a three bedroom, and if you have a four bedroom. I would recommend 6 UBOXES. It’s better to have more. Whatever you don’t use, no worries, UHAUL will return it, and it will be no cost to you. It does not matter how many UBOXES you order, you only have to pay a one time delivery fee of $105.88 also, each UBOX comes with 24 or 36 furniture pads, and quite frankly that is just too much. I do appreciate them sending free pads, but that is just too much. I did include some photos to help those that are wondering what they can put inside the U-Box. Don’t forget once you receive your Uboxes take a picture of the numbers that are in front of each ubox for your records. I recommend UBOXES. It was only me, and my child to help me move all the items from the house to the uboxes, and it took us under six hours. When you’re packing your items inside the uboxes think of the game Tetris , you got this!”
“My experience with U-HAUL services: Excellent company and favorable conditions for renting trucks. However, the app is just terrible and doesn't work properly. When adding a photo, there is endless loading, and the same issue occurs when trying to return the truck—endless freezes of the app. My suggestion is to improve the functionality of the mobile app; it's nearly impossible to use. The prices for services and truck rental are excellent.”
