“Moving Ahead Services is locally owned and NOT a broker. They load you up and drive to your new place and unload you, with clear communication along the way. The cost is reasonable and everyone who I have worked with from scheduling to loaders, to a driver, has been extremely kind and professional. They take great care of your belongings and were able to get us scheduled for a cross-country move in a super short time after being scammed. This is the only moving company to use in the Cleveland area. Highly recommend!”

“The best part of this particular Extra Storage Space is Lance, the manager of the property! He's extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Whenever I've had a question or concern, he's always helped me in whatever way he could. He takes his time with me too, so I don't feel rushed. I also really like having access to my locker from the outside. It's much more convenient than past storage I've had. I do not like the price increases, and do not feel they are reasonable. However, Lance helped me around this, which did help and once again, made me really appreciate Lance.”

“Used this business for moving. When I spoke to Ralph and set a date / discussed this things I needed moved I knew that this was a professional and friendly local business. Connected the day before to verify and the guys showed up right on time the following morning. I had most things packed well but they tidied up any loose ends and were prepared to pack more. Had me moved in the quoted time. Nothing broken and total professionalism. Follow up call from owner within an hour. Not looking to move anytime soon but if and when I do, I hope Ralph and his crew are still there. Highly recommend.Also want to add that as a woman it was very high on my list to feel safe and trusting and this company fit both those wants.”

“I’ve been with Redi Storage North Randall for over 2 years. I started with a small unit and it was nice and clean. I expanded to the unit I have now which is a medium. They keep them clean and the building is presentable. The Staff is very helpful and polite. Haven’t had many issues this far. Location is close to where I use to live and now my new location.”

She advised me I had options for reserving a unit, could do in the office, on line or by phone...on line seemed the best way and saved me money. As I was moving in, Pamela always found a way to greet me and ask if there was anything she could. The only negative...she did not help me unload the car. Great experience...love this Public Storage location.”
