She gave me a tour of the units and accomodated me for what I needed. She helped me aquire additional boxes and really went out of her way. She followed up with me and confirmed my reservation. “I called to get my storage after 6 and was told by the lady that I had to be out the gate by 10pm or call the police to get out. So, now I’m rushing and didn’t get everything unloaded. I came by at 9am to finish so I could drop the truck off. Got there before they opened at 10am because I needed a lock for my unit. Tricia was at the deck and let me in before the opening time. She listened to my story about the night before and informed me that I could have left after 10 to get out. She also gave me the lockers for free because of the bad information the lady told me on the phone the night before. I would like to thank Tricia again for how helpful and understanding she was with me. So she let me in early, gave me the right information and gave me my lock for free. Tricia is the best.”
“We have been storing our personal items here for 1year. I have no complaints. It is very clean and climate controlled. They allow you to pull in with your car or truck and provide carts to move your items to the storage location.
There is a big elevator that allows you to equip multiple carts to allow less travel from your truck or car to the storage . This is a 2 floor storage and they have different storage size available .
You can also store your vehicle or RV if needed.”
“We are moving from Rochester, NY to Cleveland. They made our day significantly easier when we arrived to unpack. Signing up took little time and they were receptive the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a secure location with a receptive staff”
“I actually liked this place it's nice and clean and quiet it can be confusing I stepped into the office to ask directions when I got outside I was still lost thankful they have an intercom system where someone will answer and help you out the lady I dealt with was very nice very helpful she even came out of the office to help us figure out how to get inside our unit”
“Without a doubt I would use Morse again. I was moving my daughter from Cleveland to Philadelphia, with a month storage in between. We contacted a number of movers and Morse were the quickest to respond and to arrange a visit to prepare an estimate from the sales person. Within a day we had an estimate and move date. The driver and crew arrived on time, were very professional and quick. For both the pick up and delivery the coordinator was very timely and comprehensive giving us a time and date and checking in regularly, especially the day before the move. The delivery crew and driver were the same team, and it was good to see them - on time as promised. Unsurprisingly they were very efficient and professional. A great experience which made an otherwise stressful process much more amenable. Thank you!”
“They were awesome really. My mom had pneumonia and they were able to work around her. They put her bed in last so it was the first thing out of the truck. My mom was able to get into bed quickly and with no problems. We are truly thankful for Sparks!”
