Brian himself personally took the vehicle to have the light replaced! No dealership I’ve ever been to has done that! Did not feel pressured at all during the entire process, I was worried they wouldn’t be able to get me approved, but they not only got me approved, but got my payment where I needed it to be even with a warranty, and gap insurance! “I contacted Arthur about a 2015 VW Eos I saw on the company's website and made an appointment that day for my husband and I to stop by to take a look at it. Arthur took us on a test drive and made sure to point out all the features of the car, including the retractable hardtop and sun roof functionality.
