Nancy was incredibly helpful. Spending more than an hour with us to pick out the right mattress and base, explaining the features and pros/cons of each option. She was patient waiting for us to make up our minds and quickly responded to all our questions.

The sales associate, Nancy, understood what I needed for a mattress. She listened and made recommendations. She had good explanations and followed up. I appreciate her attention to help me stay in budget. This is my 4th purchase over the years for different rooms from this store. I am very pleased.
