“Friendly staff and considerate management, with timely communication and response. Conveniently located complex just off I-75 next to Trader's World and across the street from outlet malls. Ideal location for week-end flea market vendors! There is a security gate and adequate lighting, located off a private drive. Very reasonable price for 10'x 15' unit when doing price comparison shopping. I highly recommend "Love Joy Storage" overall if items are not super sensitive to seasonal dampness or moisture. Being a newbie to self-storage my items required a more climate controlled unit and management was very helpful with that. Five Star Service: overall clean, secure, on-site staff (in the mornings), offer U-Haul truck rentals, value priced. Hope this helps ~ happy storing!”
“Fast service with clean cars. A bonus for this location is that it shares a parking lot with a gas station. Makes it very convenient when dropping your rental car off.”
“Was new to ohio. Helping my brother move. We rented a uhaul from this place. The man behind the counter was very friendly. We lost our keys and he ran out with them unpromted. And when we returned the uhaul i left my phone in it. By morning it was already rented out. They spent the whole day looking through uhauls looking for my phone and found it an hour before i had to head back to pa. The man is very kind and helped me out when others most likely would not. I would definetly recomend renting from this place and would do it myself again.”

“We have rented several times from this location. Most of the time we have a good experience. This time the cargo van did not have a full tank of gas. We returned the van with a full tank of gas. Another time a box truck was out of windshield wiper fluid and the power steering did not work on the same box truck. We had to exchange this box truck for another so it worked out better. Main thing is they need to inspect what they rent. So in conclusion, 8 out of 10 times it is a good experience. Plan on spending more money on the miles you put on the truck than the actual rental fee unless your are using the truck for a short distance.”
