“Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.”
“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“I came in for vintage pieces and the workers were very nice and knowledgeable about all their items. They had a pretty good selection of jewelry and preppy clothing. They are very pushy though so not sure I would come back.”
“Such a sweet encounter today with the young woman working at fields Ertel Sephora today. She asked me quietly if my daughter could have a perfume sample as she admired all the cosmetics. I said yes. She gave her a tiny bottle of sample perfume in a small Sephora bag. It absolutely made my little girl's day.”
“Expansive selection of men's underwear, from the traditional (Briefs, boxer briefs,etc) to the more unusual (bikinis, thongs). Give a men's thong a try! Employees were extremely helpful.”
“Around 2 weeks ago I was there shopping for my friend's gifts. I needed 10 bags. Kim did a great job. She was very patient and helped me very well. I drove for around 4 hours and I can say it deserves it!The store was very clean with a great selection and of course low price!I ended up buying 6 bags, 2 scarves, and 2 shoes.”

“My favorite store in the outlet mall. They usually have a good selection of shoes and are always helpful to find the size you need. They also give good recommendations for their shoes. “Stopped by and did a little shopping and got to the checkout line and 10 or more waiting to checkout, the couple items I was going to purchase I decided to put back due to the fact of the way the process was going, the staff was just really slow to get things done and they didn't really have any motivation for doing a good job of being an active member of an organization that works with an excellent team of professionals who provide a complete knowledge and expertise regarding the process of moving forward to a successful and effective development program in which provides a strong foundation to maintain a steady flow of energy to get the customers in their best for each individual to get their products and to be able to get the best possible results for them to have a good check out with out a long and frustrating situation of it being a long term waiting period of everyone's time and effort in getting to the point of needing to get in and out in a timely fashion '”
