“Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.”

On another note, please give the Amazon returns desk a chair. Removing reasonable accommodations because one ex-employee was bad at her job is cruel.
They don't have any opportunities to leave their station, they are forced to stand in one spot waiting for someone to show up.”
“I love the instructors. Their enthusiasm and kindness is unmatched. Throughout class the tips and encouragement helps me push through the pain / strain / stretch. The consistency between the instructors is key too. They each have their personality but the “how to instruct” / language within the exercise is consistent, making it easy to go to a class with a new instructor.”
“I came in for vintage pieces and the workers were very nice and knowledgeable about all their items. They had a pretty good selection of jewelry and preppy clothing. They are very pushy though so not sure I would come back.”
“PSA for bag lovers: skip the outlet quality stuff and ask if they have any products from boutique! They’re sold straight from retail at outlet prices. Tory Burch has good quality bags but their lamb skin ones are too fragile. I snagged a petite Lee Radziwell double bag over a year ago from this outlet and it’s become one of my favorite bags. Bless Amex offers for including outlet locations—not sure if they still do though, gotta read the fine print. (This is a very outdated review so your mileage may vary!)”
“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“Yesterday I received some of the best help from Kathleen and Jacob while shopping. Recently it seems to be difficult to get someone to help, or answer a simple question, while shopping brick and mortar stores, but these two KILLED IT! I’m not sure who the store manager is, but rest assured that both of these individuals made me feel welcomed and I left happy with my purchase. Thanks again!”
“Everyone was very helpful! I haven’t owned a pair of jeans in about 15 years. The sales associate was so helpful in finding me the right fit. She knew what size I needed just by looking at me! I was amazed by it. I am disabled and she made sure I had the big dressing room and came back to check on me. We will definitely be back! I wish I caught her name.”

“I went in to the store, not sure if I would find anything and super unsure of what I was looking for. A sales associate by the name of Andrea became extremely helpful and helped me style a beautiful outfit for my interview the next day. She got me all different styles and sizes to help me narrow down what I was looking for, all while being extremely personable and kind. I left there confident with an entire outfit that she steamed for me so I would have everything ready to go for the next day. I am someone that normally doesn’t ask or really want help while shopping, but this time was different and Andrea really went above and beyond for me.”

“My first trip to a Cabi outlet! So hard to control myself lol. Found some of my “Cabi regret” items (yay!) and happened to pick a day when all tops were $20!!!! Double yay! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s wonderful to know I can now keep up with what they have and be on a list to get items I want.”
