Justin was great he had my phone working in seconds after spending two days on the phone with technical support. If you have AT&T I recommend this store. The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly!

Had a great experience with Matt. He was knowledgeable and helpful and he had me in a new phone in no time flat. I wasn’t an AT&T fan for many of years because of an experience I had with them previously. Matt had corrected that!

Poor customer service, when trying to update your phone they ask you 100 dumb questions that has nothing to do with your service or account. After 15 mins of wasted time they finally look at my phone try to tell me it was broke couldn't use it as a trade in. Went to Ashland AT&T store they look at it and said it was normal wear and tear and accepted the trade it at full value. This store just has lazy people and only want to help if you're adding a line when I told them I didn't want to add a line that's when my phone was magically too broken to accept

I went in to get a newer phone recently. I asked Justin at the South Point Ohio store what time it was closing time for him. I didn't want to hold him there if it was time to go. He said 7pm and was willing to help me knowing he most likely wouldn't be finished at quitting time. He is polite and knowledgeable in his work. I recommend stopping by. He will definitely help out even if you decide to hold of on a phone, service, or accessory.

Best experience! I drive 45 minutes one way passing many other stores to go to the South Point, OH store. Ed Gillespie is the best and always Gives the best customer service!

I received great friendly and helpful service from Justin who thoroughly explained my options and helped me get the phone and watch that I wanted.
Went in today ( Friday 5/24/24) around 10:30 am and I was the next person seen.
